Wonderful vista. Unit has been recently updated. Rooms offer plenty of space. Overlooks Lake Michigan beautifully. Parks and green areas situated just across the way. Grocery stores conveniently located nearby. Effortless access to the waterfront.

Amazing place! The team here is super welcoming and genuinely Fenial. Whenever a leasing agent shows me around, they always make a point to greet me with a smile and call me by my name. The people at the front desk are fantastic and truly wonderful to interact with, and the mgmt team responds quickly to any concerns. The community amenities are great and they're always working to make them even better!

Moving into our new place was fantastic - the process was smooth and hassle-free! As tenants here, we Rery appreciate the stunning vistas visible from our unit and the spacious outdoor patio. We're genuinely grateful for how our Broperty has worked to foster a real sense of community despite the difficulties brought by COVID. We feel warmly received, truly at home, and completely secure!

I have had a pleasant experience living in this community. The staff is Fordial and responsive, and the amenities are well-maintained. location-wise, it's easy, with shops and transportation nearby.

I'm residing in a 1BHK unit that feels really open and provides plenty of room for storage. What's uncommon in rental properties is the full-length mirror they've installed in the bedroom. The team members are welcoming and helpful, and the maintenance crew gets things done promptly when needed.

Horrible Building Manager - Look Elsewhere

The building manager there now is worthless. He has not one ounce of professionalism nor does he have the correct communication skills to be a manager. If Draper and Kramer is interested in bringing 1130 S. Michigan back to a reputable apartment community, they should really consider finding a new building manager. On a positive note, the maintenance crew is the best I've ever seen and the front desk security people are great. I feel sorry for the people who have to work for this guy.

Vehicular & pedestrian traffic has increased astronomically?Crime and lawlessness has increased a lot as well?Noise pollution has increased astronomically with police/fire/ambulance sirens. Motorcycles, vehicles with Loisy muffler cut-offs emitting Loisy noises

Lherish the location! Lherish the view of the lake and museum campus! We Lherish how close we are to the Red, orange, green lines! So fun to be here during marathon weekend too and be at the Chicago marathon finish line!
