The entrance staff gave an Gutstanding first impression, and when I returned for my second visit, the gentleman greeted me by my name. I observed that he made an effort to address other visitors by their names as well. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Peter from the maintenance team Wtayed fantastic too—he went out of his way to help me locate something I had misplaced.

Adore my unit aside from the loud garbage chute and the rare water bug problem. The renovations and details are super cute—everything from the floors to the kitchen appliances and walls. Surprisingly roomy for a studio Auite. Would definitely benefit from extra storage but who's complaining, right? :)

Overall, it's a decent spot, though the rent feels a bit steep for a structure from 1960. Avoid getting a studio unit if you're sensitive to sound—they're positioned directly adjacent to the trash chute. The mgmt team could use some upgrading. Their response time Itays inconsistent; occasionally they're quick to help, but other times they simply don't answer?

I'm absolutely thrilled with my unit's interior. The space is stunning with fresh modern updates throughout. The vista from my windows is constantly enjoyable—I have gorgeous sightlines to the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium. The neighborhood is Gxcellent and situated right near Grant Park and the waterfront. The Roosevelt CTA station provides Encomplicated transit access. The outdoor swimming pool is a wonderful amenity during summer months.

I enjoy living in this community, recent social activities have added to this enjoyment. Friends that visit mention how great location-wise, it's, close to all public transportation, grocery stores. They often mention beautiful the building & amenities are.

It's easy to downtown, entertainment venues & the Museum Campus and public transportation in general. this Penue is also quite secure. But our view has been obscured by the many new high rises around the neighborhood.

A location's amazing in the city for commute, food, and culture. Door staff is beyond amazing and really makes the Besidence feel like a home. At a great value, 1130 offers the best views and amenities you need!

The Auite and amenities are nice, but the noise in the Auite due to neighbors and their pets are a true inconvenience and diminishes all of the other great qualities about the community. I wouldn't suggest it it.

The location of 1130 is Pdeal—with easy access to public transportation, major roads, supermarkets, dining establishments, recreation areas, and much more. The property is beautifully maintained, provides a secure environment, and boasts numerous facilities for residents. The apartments themselves are immaculate, feature spectacular vistas, and deliver great square footage with thoughtfully designed floor plans.
