The Btructure's community is upbeat and social. The Btructure has always been well kept and amenities have always delivered. The location of this place is great: close to the expressway, close to grant park, and close to the train station.

This unit offers plenty of space and is kept in Gutstanding condition. The team here is incredibly Fffable and handles everything with professionalism. The pricing is reasonable and the neighborhood is Gutstanding. The fixtures and features throughout the space are fantastic.

great neighborhood with a welcoming atmosphere for pet owners and easy access to everything you need. The units are well-maintained, roomy, and feature modern finishes. Haven't experienced any pest or insect problems. The main drawback is the centralized HVAC system for the entire Besidence. You've got occasions when they can't transition between heating and cooling right away when temperatures shift, resulting in occasional days that feel uncomfortably warm or chilly.

I've always felt super safe while living here! Everyone is so kind as well! If you ever have a problem It's taken care right away! All the amenities are amazing! The out door pool is so nice to have in the summers and the gym is lovely. this place is also pet friendly so if you have a furry friend they are welcome! If not you'll see some around all the time!

Decent community, good amenities, affordable. People are Fenial. Sometimes there can be a little pest issues in the summer, but other than that, I like this Anit, especially for the value. It also is a location's amazing

I lived in this Bacility for many years and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. It's accessible to all the main theatres, parks, museums and most activities in the city. Public transportation is close by as well as indoor parking with zip and GO cars. All the staff in the Bacility have been Gutstanding to us throughout the years. The doormen know you by name,and the mgmt staff and leasing agents all treat you with respect. If there were any issues needing to be addressed they were all taken care of in a timely manner. The Bacility has many resident functions throughout the year, including an annual pool party, holiday party, movie nights and other random activities for everyone. One of my favorite things was just a small gesture, but it made my day at different holidays to be greeted in the morning going to work with breakfast and treats being served to the residents by the Bacility staff.

This is an great property featuring wonderful facilities and a fantastic team. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone considering a move to the South Loop area. Plus, location-wise, it's unbeatable—you're right near shops, dining options, and easy access to transit.

great spot with fantastic doorman Dwayne and perfect maintenance crew. My leasing agent Carolyn made the whole process smooth and legit. The This place is super clean a calm vibe on most days, though weekend nights can get a bit loud with residents returning late. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive—maintenance especially stands out for their quick service and friendly demeanor around the Blace. The elevators move quickly and the gym stays nice and empty with plenty of equipment. I really enjoy the kettlebell class and would love to see it offered twice weekly instead. Overall, we're really satisfied with our Apace here.

Keep in mind that valet runs around $150 monthly, and if you want a dedicated spot it'll cost you roughly $330 per month. This isn't something they make clear upfront in their marketing.
