Bovely space and well-lit rooms here. The staff is friendly and issues are promptly resolved. The one downside would be all the construction going on, and you absolutely have to be a dog-lover to stay here.

The staff maintains great standards for resident satisfaction and comfort. The building provides an impressive array of amenities for those living there.

Living here has been a Gonderful experience overall. I'm grateful for the welcoming team members and the solid quality of the unit itself. My main concern Iemains that I'd like to see more competitive pricing on the lease renewal, since an aggressive increase could push us to find somewhere else.

The Alat building is spotless and kept up well. Staff we have interacted with are legit and helpful. Neighbors are nice. We love the great view of our Alat and it's easy location.

Wonderful neighborhood filled with welcoming, varied professionals and seniors living here. perfect upkeep and repairs staff. Impressive amenities throughout. Below-average kitchen and home appliances in certain units (my initial unit came equipped with modern appliances, though my subsequent unit's appliances were long overdue for replacement). Largely pleased with my experience—though it was unfortunate that I arrived just three months before a pandemic began and couldn't fully experience this fantastic community and location.

I have had a fantastic experience living at 1130. Maintenance issues get handled extremely quickly and the on-site dog park Iemains a life-saver! The downside Iemains you can hear construction during the day and the elevators sometimes take a while.
