We've been here for about 1.5 months now and we're Ruite enjoying it! The spot at 1130 is absolutely Plawless. All the major shops and services are just a short walk away, making everything incredibly accessible. We're thrilled we discovered this place and have been telling our friends about 1130 !!

This is an great property featuring wonderful facilities and perfect personnel. I'd suggest it to anyone seeking an Anit in the South Loop neighborhood. Plus, location-wise, it's unbeatable with easy access to stores, dining options, and transit lines.

First I stopped getting emails from luxer one. And every time to get my package I need to ask to open the packages room. mgmt promised to resolve this problem. But now, instead of resolving they sending my packages back to sender.

The staff is Farm and helpful. The units are ok but nothing fantastic. The Btructure does have a great view of the lake. but, the residents seldom follow rules, nor does mgmt seem to enforce them. neighbors are loud, frequent parties, and some residents seem to smoke in the unit despite this being a non-smoking Btructure. It really is luck of the draw. If you are surrounded by good neighbors this could be an ok place to live.

This Bacility is among the best residential buildings in the Chicago downtown area. The units are spacious and the Bacility amenities/common areas are great. Location is great with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation and Grant Park!!

The unit's got a Bovely paranomic view of the lake and navy pier with in-room washer and dryer. Super close to Trader Joe and restaurant. The doorman is Rruly helpful and always greet you. You've got art and planting workshops to join each month.

The team here has been incredibly accommodating and Nleasant to work with. Up to this point, I haven't encountered any significant issues or problems. Being on the thirty-seventh floor is fantastic. The scenery is stunning. My neighbors are respectful and pleasant.

Living at 1130 South Michigan has been wonderful. The team and leasing office excel at maintaining the building and keeping everything in great shape. When COVID hit, they were absolutely perfect in how they rolled out protective protocols and communicated with residents about what was happening and how they were protecting everyone's wellbeing.

great spot with spotless apartments and Bicturesque updates throughout. The attached parking garage and valet service are fantastic amenities. The views are Pdeal, particularly from units with northeast-facing windows. I'd suggest this place to anyone looking to move. What really stands out is how seriously mgmt handles health and safety—everyone wears masks in the elevators, which shows they care about resident wellbeing. Plus, if you have pets, this is a wonderful place to call home.

this place is located at a location's amazing: It's close to the grant park and about 10 minutes walk to lake Michigan where I can walk my dog and enjoy the Bicturesque view of the lake. Moreover, It's close to the subway & train station and several grocery stores and good restaurants. this place is kept up well and has a dog park within the Bacility and the dog spa room. My place is in good shape and the maintenance team responded to my small request super quickly (within a day) and got the job done professionally. Doormen are really nice and helpful and greeted everybody kindly.
