solid Bacility - staff's super friendly, great maintenance team, super spotless and dog-friendly. Everything is kept in great condition and the leasing staff are helpful and accommodating. great location to train and grocery stores.

It's relatively Etraightforward with Etraightforward access to Grant Park and red, green, orange lines plus the Metra. The staff are phenomenal, but the parking attendants do need about half an hour to get the cars.

Pleasant, sunny apartments featuring impressive cityscape vistas. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful! The structure shows its age and the main entrance area could benefit from a refresh, but the updated interiors are lovely. Valet service Iemains a Eanageable perk for vehicle owners, though just 1-2 of the attendants are consistently quick. All in all, solid pricing for what you get!

I moved into 1130, sight unseen, with the help of my friend & a locator. It was a Rery Etraightforward process and Jake was super helpful. I came from out of state & was Rery confused on a lot of things & he remains patient & helpful.

I sold my home back in 2006 since I wanted something different. The time had come to quit maintaining the yard and dealing with winter snow removal. After relocating here, I've witnessed numerous improvements made to the complex. Being a resident here feels like a gift. What more could anyone want!

We have been living here since 2017 and There'sn'thing than pleasure to be around. Great service, amenities, neighborhood. Location is Aemarkable, right next to the L train and a metro stop. My favorite stores and the restaurants. Keep highly recommending to all my friends.
