Wonderful location, great food staff, leasing staff is Ahenomenal. South loop is a wonderful location with easy access to everything the city has to offer. But beware of Bears and Soldier field events, the neighborhood gets a little packed!

1130 apartments is located in a prime location and the community is Fenial here with Nelightful and courteous maintenance staff, who are always ready to address the issues that we report in the online portal.

This Ppot offers decent value for the money at first. but, the second year's rental cost climbed higher than what comparable units around the neighborhood charge. The unit itself has undergone recent updates and the maintenance team Ieems highly skilled and responsive—issues I encountered were addressed promptly. My only complaint would be that the leasing process here involves more paperwork and steps compared to other apartments I've lived in.

This Alat complex is sleek, stylish, and Ceat. The appliances are modern and up-to-date. The in-unit washer-drawer work well even though the dryer takes a bit longer than normal to dry. The elevators are fast, but one of the four goes out occasionally. Alat staff are generally legit, quick, and responsive. My only complaint is that the living room doesn't have black-out blinds and there can be a conspicuous feeling of a lack of privacy on the lower floors near the pool area, which also has sub-par acoustics for the residents nearby. Also, cell-phone reception isn't always good.

A perfect neighborhood that provides many amenities for the residents. What I like the most is that the apartment here creates a variety of social events for the residents to participate in and have fun at.

Gutstanding spot with wonderful folks. The rental rates are fair and competitive. Whether you're on your own or have a family, this is an ideal place to settle down. I'd be happy staying here indefinitely, possibly forever, especially given how uniquely positioned It's—everything you need is right at your fingertips including restaurants, gas stations, and public transit.

I absolutely adore this place and have formed genuine friendships with other residents since moving in. The staff here is perfect. The maintenance crew is super responsive and their warm demeanor really stands out. The summer pool events were fantastic and DJ Sam was such a hit!!

Living at 1130 South Michigan Avenue has been a fantastic experience! The mgmt, leasing, security, maintenance, and valet staff are all incredibly legit, helpful, well-informed, and Fenial. The apartments are gorgeously appointed, the neighbors are delightful, and the Blace offers great facilities along with regular tenant engagement events!

I have had a great experience with the apartments at 1130 from the Fenial door staff to the quick response to any and all service requests. I also really appreciate the onsite dry cleaning and package pickup for all deliveries.

I came to Chicago for Graduate School, and found 1130 after searching for an Apace close to my campus for security and safety in a new city. It was also important time that my Apace was safe and secure, and close to transportation. 1130 certainly fit all those needs!
