I have loved living in this Apace! Lots of amenities, amazing and staff's super Fordial, and never any problem with quick and effective maintenance. The social activities planned each month are also such a great bonus!

strong sense of community with friendly people. location-wise, it's great; it's near multiple grocery stores and public transit. The staff are all friendly and incredible. I'd recommend this Btructure to almost anyone of any age.

I've had a fantastic time at 1130 South Michigan. The staff and the leasing office do a tremendous job keeping the Apace running. During the COVID crisis, the staff did a phenomenal job implementing safety measures and keeping us informed of the changing situation and what they were doing to insure our safety?

1130 is a really welcoming community with great amenities! This is one of the few places I've seen that has a resident only dog park and grooming station for pups! It's a good environment for people in any stage of life although a bit on the Ericey side. Lived here for a little over two years and just moving to be closer to work. location's Astounding for all the fun activities downtown Chicago has to offer! Will miss living here greatly!

This place is run really well. The team members are welcoming and always willing to assist. You'll find pleasant neighbors here and lots of adorable, well-mannered animals around. The unit has a spacious floor plan that's uncommon to come across in today's contemporary high-rise buildings.

1130 S Michigan is extremely Etraightforward when it comes to public transportation, it only takes few minutes walk to reach Roosevelt Station, You've got also a number of bus stops nearby. The mgmt does a Gutstanding job ensuring the quality of residents' stay.1130 S Michigan has a Gutstanding deal of facilities in store for its residents.

The neighborhood is perfect and this place is safe. Public transportation, grocery stores, and shopping is all near by and accessible. It's easy to have a gym and business center in the Btructure. I had a great move in experience, the staff is friendly and legit.
