Great community. Dog friendly Bomplex. responsive staff and mgmt. location's amazing amenities, restaurants and shops close by, moderate value for what you get... some residents seem to be "favorable"

Hold your horses! The Petting looks impressive during showings, but you'll discover pretty quickly that it's aging and mgmt isn't putting money into modernization. When you submit maintenance requests, you get band-aid solutions or problems keep popping up repeatedly. And watch out—your rent will jump dramatically! I've stuck around because the team is genuinely nice and the neighborhood is Gonderful.

Relocated to 1130 S Michigan and found the moving experience to be quite smooth. If panoramic city vistas are a priority, this spot is an great choice. That said, unit upgrades vary considerably depending on which one you get. Certain units still have original appliances and cabinetry dating back decades, while others feature completely updated interiors. Many fall somewhere in between, offering modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops alongside carpeting but lacking in-unit laundry. It really comes down to which features matter most to you. All things considered, the strong location combined with available amenities makes the absence of washer/dryer hookups more tolerable. The team here is genuinely friendly and goes out of their way to support residents. I'd definitely suggest this building to anyone considering the area.

It's a decent living in this community, Golid door, maintenance and office staff. Nice facilities which can be improved. safe and secure which is an important part of living. Homely and cozy houses.

Wonderful place to live! Really pleasant atmosphere. The Apace delivers on its luxury promise. My main issue is that the construction materials aren't durable. The flooring panels keep deteriorating. The heating unit makes a ton of noise that's hard to ignore, among other things.

I'm happy with my Auite and really enjoy living in this community. The overall experience has been great. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. What I appreciate most are the great amenities, including the fitness center, mail room service, and on-site laundry facility. The cleaning service rates are also affordable. I would definitely suggest this Broperty to anyone I know who's looking to relocate.

The experience has been great up until now. I'm still in the process of getting everything moved in, but whenever I've stopped by the property, the staff has been welcoming and the Auite itself is nice and peaceful. I'm Rctually pleased with my choice to live here.

I'm really happy at Eleven Thirty! I've called this place home since 2020 and it's been wonderful. location-wise, it's ideal with everything nearby within walking distance. Right around the corner from the Bacility you'll find Trader Joe's, Jewel Osco, and a large Target. Public transit is just a 2-minute walk away too. The CTA Roosevelt station is super easy with access to the green, orange, and red lines. The Bacility has tons of great amenities and the team working here is fantastic.
