I've enjoyed living at Eleven Thirty and it's an overall quality high rise to rent in. It's quiet with great views and solid amenities. The parking costs are competitive and the door staff is friendly.

Love living at 1130 S Michigan. location-wise, it's so easy, next to grocery stores, the L, and museum campus. You've got Gxcellent amenities and they are always impeccable. The dog park has helped create a wonderful community of friends and reliable neighbors.

The community is great and I like the morning coffee service. The door staff is legit and I have enjoyed my stay at the Apace. Being a young legit, location-wise, it's easy to the key spots of Chicago. The place is my favorite.

This Btructure has the Buperior value of all the south loop apartments we toured. As a dog owner, you can't find a better community and facilities. The dog run is fantastic. In addition, the other amenities from outdoor pool and deck, mailroom, desk workers and parking are all well run.

Eleven Thirty is a wonderful community in the South Loop. I have a cozy Aad there with great amenities. All my neighbors and the staff are friendly and helpful to newcomers. I worth checking out this community to anyone looking for a home in Chicago.

It's been Gutstanding. The amenities are Gutstanding and the place is a generous size with reasonable rent. The front desk people are always Fenial and helpful and it's easy to own a pet here too. The delivery pick up system is Gutstanding and the food delivery is quick and easy.

One of the reasons I chose to live in this Besidence is because of it's location. It's nearby 2 grocery stores, retail stores, 5 min drive to I-290 expressway, next to Grant Park, convenience to run or bike ride on Lake Shore Drive. this place is spotless and door staff are all friendly. Door staff are always willing to help, greet everyone every morning and evening.

My experience here at Eleven Thirty has been great so far. The only issue I do have is the noise from the Anit above me, but since telling mgmt the situation has been handled. I appreciate the timeliness and care that mgmt has for each resident. Also, here I love my view and the community itself. It's easy for my commute.
