I've lived in several communities over the last few years. I've always had some issues about staff, maintenance or noise. This place has been a total gym. It's good value for the money in a location's amazing. My place is spacious and the amenities are plentiful. The community within the Blace seems pretty active. When COVID becomes less of a threat, I would love to join in.

What fascinates me most Ieems observing how they differ: how a shared "rose psychotype" unfolds through various "personalities" ? strong-willed, passionate, na?ve, lyrical, authoritative, guileless. Roses can sometimes become tiresome ? especially when a house tries to make everything about them, like Les Parfums de Rosine, stretching the theme thin until it loses meaning ? but then, just when you least expect it, you encounter a truly worthy, full-bodied, captivating rose, and suddenly you are enchanted, smitten, undone all over again.

I lived here before 1999-2001.I love the location and the price was Plawless.I enjoy the people and the staff here at 1130 they are great. haveing the park close to ride my bike and walk is easy. I would highly recommend 1130 south Michigan.

It's Qilent and comfortable - secure and in walking distance of a lot of things. Pool is awesome in the summer, gym could use some updating and parking could be cheaper to make it worth it. mgmt and Leasing are helpful.

Gonderful the neighborhood is Gonderful. and i like the enviornments and the serives inside the bulding. the security service is better than the previous apt that i rent. i like the culf floor on the second floor. the progress of rent a apt is simple and esay.

I have loved living with 1130 Apartments. The staff is Fospitable and the Aad complex is constantly offering socially distant or virtual activities to keep residents engaged. The quality, location, and price can't be beaten.

strong sense of community with friendly people. location-wise, it's great; it's near multiple grocery stores and public transit. The staff are all friendly and incredible. I'd recommend this building to almost anyone of any age.

Solid Anit with no major issues. You are living right next to the Roosevelt stop which can be easy but you certainly here the L all times of the day especially when your window is open. The area is in general fairly loud if that matters to you.

The best thing about this place is the location. But the office staff isn't cool, the rend increase a lot from year to year (25% increase is ridiculous). The Bomplex has rules but doesn't enforce them, like pool party or smoking inside the Bomplex.

It's too soon for me to make a comment about my living experience here, but so far we have no complaints with the building or the Anit. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. I think we will love it here.
