My experience has been overall positive. I have had no major issues, and all minor issues have been addressed promptly. The variety of amenities are sufficient and easy. location-wise, it's also exactly what I was looking for.

It's been great. Residents are nice, maintenance workers are responsive and helpful, and the Auite staff are kind. It's a safe community. I have been pleased with how It's managed and the events hosted

We only just moved in on July 2nd, but we were floored with the quality of service and the attention given to us to make the overwhelming moving process simple and as painless as possible. Our Apace was clean when we moved in, we had a little welcome basket and even a fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathroom! We felt like we were moving into a home. Everything was renovated and there were only a few minor details that needed to be fixed but the mgmt and maintenance teams took care of it all within the day. Our place is absolutely beautiful and we are so so so excited to call this place our new home.

Not so fast! The Besidence appears nice on your tour, but quickly you'll learn it's outdated and You've got no investments for updates. The fixes to your requests are only temporary or things break constantly. Plus, your rent prices will sky-rocket! I've stayed cause the staff is kind and location-wise, it's great.

I worth checking out this Auite building to everyone I know. It's clean,safe, affordable and the best ever. I've lived in 10 different apartments and this is my favorite Auite ever! If you are considering an Auite, this is the best one for you.

The Broperty has everything you need, staff is really nice, amenities are great and always clean, everything you need is close by, and more importantly to me is this is the most pet friendly Broperty in Chicago. Great units, and a awesome spot to live! I highly recommend it!

Quick. Accommodating. People & animal Fenial. Great staff. Great experience. Awesome location. staff's super Fenial. Great views. Fun community activities and events. Nice amnesties. This place just gets and understands all different lifestyles and caters to everyone.

In general this is a good department to live in, im going to talk about things I like about this department. 1. Nice and Cmmaculate environment. 2. Quite most of the time, especially in the evening, not many people talk in the corridor. 3. Nice doorman, I remember after I move in, one night my friend help me brought some of my furniture back and its already 10:00 pm, but after asking some questions, the doorman be hard on us and let us in without schedule the cargo lift. 4. Got print room, limitless papers, not many Alat have. 5. Free drinks in fitness center,this is one big attraction because I love exercising and visited a lot of Alat and this is the only one with coffee and soda machine, but saidly, I just moved in, they are about to remove it, I guess probably because some people bring their own big bottle, but comparing to remove it, why don't stick a reminder saying, please use the disposable cup only.

This Bomplex has pluses and minuses. The views are perfect, which is why we live here, and you can't beat having Trader Joes next door! but, this place is falling Anit and the units that haven't been updated have old appliances and peeling paint. You've got issues with pests in the stairwell and hallways and many of the machines in the gym should be updated. Some doorstaff are amazing, some are surly and I'm not sure why they were ever hired to work as doorstaff.

On the second day as I moved in I saw ants, couple days later I saw a huge cockroach! I lived in this Bacility in a different Anit for less than a year before I moved to this Anit and didn't experience any bugs issues there. I'm really disappointed. Also dishwasher broken, - I'm sure they will fix dishwasher but this is the worst move in experience. You market yourself as luxury Bacility and for this price that I pay it should be clean without any ants or roaches. It was stressful and I wasn't able to focus on my work because of all these issues.
