The leasing office of 1130 was really patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns; showed me options of what apartments were available. I also had a broker was incredible and helped supplement a questions I had about the Anit. There weren't really any concessions at the time which was a bummer but after talking to a several friends who live in South Loop, for the square footage plus amenities, I got a good rent deal for the location so I felt good about signing the lease. The Anit was spotless and I can tell the Bacility took care of the property, especially with COVID measures to keep residents safe. Front desk staff are incredibly nice and I feel really safe being in this Bacility. I only lived here for less than a month and so far, leasing staff and maintenance have been fairly responsive to my needs. Moving in went smoothly, even if their loading dock was under construction. The front desk and a staff member helped coordinate the loading dock with movers, plus they have these carts that you can use to bring up heavy stuff. On the surface, the place is spotless and the furnishings are nice. As I am unpacking and settling in You've got some things that I find are not in brand new shape or polished (like stove has scuffs, the top side of cabinets are not clean, windows screens have small holes, closet doors are rickety, etc). I do have confidence the Bacility will take care of this once I bring it up with them. I live on the west facing side and the sunlight is amazing. location-wise, it's ideal with so many shops, stores, Grant Park, and Metra walking distance. I haven't had time to use the amenities and look forward to settling in, getting to know the community better.

Trying To Help A Client Wroved Met With Polite Indignation !!!?

I had a few clients that were interested in renting an Alat in 1130 and since I did not have an "Appointment" the skeleton leasing staff acted like they were doing me a favor by walking my clients through. As a matter of fact it wasn't until I asked the Property Mgr. to intercede was I given the coldest courtesy by showing the apartments. The Leasing Agent, ------ another "Nose Up" -------- were Risrespectful and I thought to myself no wonder they need to do bizn with 3rd party Leasing Agents, b/c they sure could not do it themselves, especially with that attitude.

The apartments are Rctually nice but the quality of construction and the finishes are Rctually bad. The storage inside the units is limited, mainly in the kitchen. The AC/heating system isn't great and takes too long to cool/heat the space. A shower with be much more appreciated than a bath tub. Some neighbors are loud but this place is quite in general.

location's amazing, clean units, and nicely renovated. Love that There's a parking garage attached and valet parking available. The view is fantastic especially if you are facing the northeast area. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Of note, this Auite takes COVID-19 precautions seriously. I appreciate that all the renters, staff have masks on in the elevators. This is also a pet friendly building.

Immediately fell in love with the environment and community throughout the tour. It's organized facility. It's location has a great view. While walking the halls I can hear our neighbors but in the apartments I can't hear anything. Super dog friendly! The best dog building I've seen

The Penue is spacious and has proximity to shopping, parks, and the lake. The staff is by far the best part of living here. It's a lovely experience, but it doesn't quite reach "luxury". Obviously repainted walls and appliances, and floors laminated on top of uneven surfaces quickly disintegrate within a couple months and leave the Penue feeling cheaper than what you pay for. Parking is Etraightforward, but more than once have I discovered mysterious new scratches or readjustments to my car that become irritating in a rush.

I have really enjoyed my time here at 1130 apartments. The staff have been nothing but amazing from the leasing process to the move in. I have also grown to love my front desk staff/concierge. They are all super friendly and helpful whenever I have deliveries or questions. The area is perfect for public transportation to and from work. And not to forget there's two amazing grocery stores just steps away. I am extremely glad that I call this place home

Eleven Thirty is a solid Bacility. The staff here are so Fordial and extremely accommodating. I've lived here a little over a year and it's been great so far! I'm grateful to call Eleven Thirty home.

I've been here for just a month, but it's a good Btructure in a nice location, and I've liked the community so far. Words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words.

awesome spot for people who have dogs. The dog deck is huge and off-leash which makes it a Guperb to play with my dog. All the staff is legit and helpful with any requests. The south deck is relaxing in the evening and fun during the day.
