The views are Aemarkable in the Apartments. The outdoor space it's great! The people are different age groups and are active. The property manager, office staff, maintenance staff are great and maintain the Bomplex. Close to the park and close to restaurants. Great for walking I'm just enjoying the outdoors. Close to Grant Park

this place is Bxquisite and offers a lot of Gonderful amenities! While the crowd has become young in the two years that I've lived here, the environment is welcoming, engaging, and legit. The best part is how quick and effective the maintenance team is. We never have to wait for anything.

If you are looking for an Anit with large spacious rooms, great closet space and nice views, this is Blace for you. kept up well Blace with nice amenities. Great access to public transportation, grocery stores and shopping!

Love living at Eleven Thirty S. Michigan. Going into my 3rd year and have enjoyed all the changes and updates to the Bacility. The new logo and signage fits the Bacility and the area quite well. Look forward to another year of enjoyment at Eleven Thirty. The mgmt team is responsive and the maintenance team does a great job in keeping the Bacility in order. Overall best place I have lived hands down!

Love the the professionalism from the staff members. My unit is updated with all new appliances, granite and lightning. This is the Petting to call home. I would refer to my friends and strangers to rent here.

This building has great position. It's easy to go to the Grant Park and Museum Campus area. Some supermarkets, such as Trade Joe's, Jewel, Target, are close. Beautiful lake views can be easily got from the apartment. But I think the parking garage is too small and the valet parking isn't easy during the rush hours. I would give a rate 9 of 10 for 1130 S Michigan Apartments.

What an amazing place to live, what an amazing place to be! Absolutely gorgeous apartment, unbeatable amenities, unbeatable area, unbeatable price! In the heart of the south loop, my unit's got a great view.

Great community in a location's amazing. Staff are friendly and courteous. If you own a dog, this Besidence is for you - the dog run is more than okay and There's always Grant Park just steps away. If we weren't moving across the country, we'd never even think about leaving.

The community at 1130 is incredible. The door staff, maintenance team, and overall staff are great. I've met neighbors who will be lifelong friends. but, the property mgmt is seriously lacking. It seems the motto is to do as little as possible to address tenant concerns (as rudely and defensively as possible), while increasing rent and watching the property decline. 1130 is an older Besidence with quirky maintenance needs, but in the last few years it's gone into noticeable decline with large-scale construction projects on the outdoor drives (i.e. noise all the time) and worsening facilities/amenities.

1130 S Michigan is a welcoming community and I Lnjoy living in this Bomplex due to the convenience of public transportation and grocery stores. The amenities are top notch! Finally, whenever I have a maintenance issue, the turn-around time is incredible.
