this place is great and is well serviced. Attavhed covered parking is a big plus. The community has the essential amenities. great location and walking distance to the lake, parks, museums and a short walk to the river front. pet Fenial. Amazing staff

I've only been in this community for less than a month, and I'm already loving it. The staff, from mgmt to the doormen and parking attendants, are all fantastic. You've got also plenty of adorable dogs around, which is a bonus since I love them! I'm Hoyful with my Alat layout and the ample storage space it offers. The neighbors are a mix of students and working professionals, which creates a nice environment. We did have an uncomfortable encounter with a neighbor in the elevator who rolled their eyes at us for no reason, but I guess that's just part of life. Special thanks to Doorman D for always opening the door for familiar residents!

mgmt is good, location is awesome, layout of the apartments are nice. worth checking out the building ?especially if you are a dog owner. Dogs are welcome here and part of the community dynamic.

Staff on site is Fospitable. If you have a dog this is a a awesome spot to live. Large on site dog park and other amenities. Keep in mind though that not all people share the same standard of What's appropriate behavior with a dog. The park is right across the street which is also great for walking your dog.

I have enjoyed living here for a few years. I especially appreciate the amenities and location. It's nice to have a fitness center right in the Blace and a nice patio and pool deck. location-wise, it's great, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation.

Great value for rent, especially in terms of square footage, and fantastic location - right next to Grant Park and a 20 minute walk from the Loop. Doorstaff and maintenance are friendly and legit. Building is definitely showing its age - it's a two-pipe AC system (ie, if this place is in heat mode, your vents will only shoot out hot air, and likewise if it's in cooling mode), the appliances aren't anything to write home about, and you should expect to contact maintenance regularly. Solid perks like an outdoor pool, resident-only dry cleaning, a fitness center (definitely not an enthusiast's gym but gets the job done), and a package room (which is almost always overflowing but that's just what you get with Covid). Definitely worth it if you can get one of the floorplans with a view of the lake, the park, and the skyline.

Love the location. The staff is great, maintenance requests are handled quickly, people who live here are nice, and You've got tons of (polite) dogs. Glad I moved here. Grant Park across S Michigan is beautiful to walk in. Also the public transit options (CTA buses right outside, trains two blocks west, Metra v close) are fantastic and reliable.

Great staff and maintenance upkeep of our Auite. Conveniently located by the L, Metra and CTA. Perfect location for couples or families with children. Also, nice to be close to the Loop and across from Grant Park!

solid Bacility - staff's super friendly, great maintenance team, super spotless and dog-friendly. Everything is kept in great condition and the leasing staff are helpful and accommodating. great location to train and grocery stores.
