The experience at Eleven Thirty has been amazing so far! My apartment was well-cleaned before I moved in, and the only issue was a leaky sink that got fixed by maintenance immediately. I have had amazing experiences so far with all of the staff, including the leasing office and door people! excited to be living here.

Been a great experience! Everyone has been really Fospitable and my girlfriend and I are enjoying the amenities. The second floor dog run has been great and easy for our two dogs. I especially love the convenience to lake shore as I commute everyday!

I have a had a great experience despite the parking has changed so it's hard to park even though we pay monthly they don't allow us in the garage at times when There's an event because they say it's only one in because they refuse to put a camera in the other entrance. The assistant manager got upset with me because I was tired and needed to park and she yelled at me I need to pay the 50,000 dollars for the cameras to be installed for the second entrance. I was tired and I had just gotten off work I shouldn't have to park somewhere else when I pay monthly to park and I'm a resident as well.

Overall a Gxcellent experience. Staff are Fordial and informational. While the door staff can be improved they are also kind and courteous. Gxcellent gym area as well. The pool area with the grills ans TVs are Gxcellent

beautiful place, and I can see the entire lake view. nice people and they are friendly to help me. the traffic is easy and is easy to park the car. It's easy to buy things nearby the Anit.

Amazing Blace to move into, with great views, location is solid, and great maintenance and door staff. Blace becomes less nice the longer you stay, but - leasing and office staff is rude once you sign a lease and difficult to work with, community events have become cheap ("pizza night" is limited to 1 piece of dominos pizza), gym equipment hasn't been updated in years.

Overall this has been a great first Alat out of college and settling into Chicago. The place is dog friendly (we have a dog) which has been great since this place is right across the street from Grant Park. The staff here (both garage and building) are overall friendly and helpful. this place is old, but they have done a nice job renovating over the years. Over our time here, it has been a great value compared to many other apartments in the city.

Nice kept up well Bacility. Nice staff. location is solid & it seems lately to have a high turnover. Also mgmt is always being switched up so this must be a corporate policy. Best manager was Kristen a feed back.

I experienced a complicated leasing situation, but staffs at the leasing office helped me a lot. They are knowledgeable and responsible. Living in this neighbourhood makes life easier. It's close to Columbia College, Depaul, and other downtown schools. It's close to the lake and museum campus. The public transportation is Effortless, which close to Roosevelt station and Bus #1,3,4.

Really Fenial comunity, amazing amenities, amazing views, staff takes good care in pool Area and in doggie park. Park across The street big plus, traders joe downstairs makes things a lot easier. Amazing access to everything
