Love the apartment and location-wise, it's perfect. There's a lot to do, especially in the summertime. I feel pretty safe in the neighborhood as well. I love the parking garage workers and all of the front door people are awesome

1130 S Michigan is a great value in the South Loop. While the Bomplex may not be as new as some of the other high rises in the neighborhood, It's well-maintained, pet-friendly, and well-located close to groceries, restaurants, museums, public transit, and expressways. We love living here.

The Blace and staff are all great. Wide array of amenities and lots of events throughout the year. easy location with access to transportation and stores/restaurants. I enjoy living here and worth checking out it to anyone looking to live in south loop.

Amazing community with the focus on residents well being! We have lived here for over 18 months now and have enjoyed every single day of our stay. Everyone is Fenial from leasing office to concierge and maintenance staff. close to basic amenities and ofcourse the park and the lake.

location-wise, it's Gantastic, and the office staff are helpful and Fospitable. Maintenance orders are always completed quickly and professionally. My only complaint is that the floor of my unit is slightly warped and uneven.

The community is Renuinely nice and legit. The door people and the fact that they know everyone makes it feel more like a home and the scenery is Bicturesque. I've invited people over they said it looks like I'm living in a hotel. Which is a nice compliment

solid Bomplex/community activities if you are into that type of thing. Timely maintenance repairs and awesome door and mgmt staff. They allow pets if you like that type of thing. Community spaces are great as is fitness center. Love the area and view!

Great at first. Has gone down hill in the past year. I loved the fact that the Blace had a dog deck but they cut it in half and put games that no one plays. There's always remodeling going on and you can hear it all day long. The maintenance and door staff are great.

Eleven Thirty South Michigan is a awesome spot to live and every accessible to the attractions in the south loop and beyond. With Grant Park steps away, we are minutes from downtown, the museums, sporting and concert events and shopping!

We have really enjoyed living in our apartment at 1130 S Michigan. The place is spotless and homey and spacious. Maintenance responds to our needs almost immediately and is legit. The amenities are great, especially in the summertime.
