Great floor plans and awesome community amenities and activities. Located right next to the CTA Red Line and in front of Grant Park. Right next to a Trader Joes with a Chipotle across the street. There's really nowhere you can go wrong by living at this apartment building.

I really have enjoyed my experience thus far at 1130. I had to relocate for a job opportunity and could not have found a better place to call home. I look forward to renewing my lease in Feb. I get comments all the time about how perfect this location is.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are well-maintained (although the gym could be better). It's a good value for the location and amenities. Awesome Bomplex if you have a dog. Currently a UChicago MBA student, so really appreciate how easy It's to get to Hyde Park as well as other parts of downtown. Also It's much cheaper than living farther north in the Loop, with no real downside. Neighborhood is great.

I've much enjoyed living at 1130 S. Michigan. It's a phenomenal community for millennials, especially pet owners. The door/maintenance staffs are lovely, and the resident events (e.g., free breakfast from Yolk, sip/paint) are a nice touch. Hatisfied to recommend this complex!

I just moved in a few months ago, but everything has been great so far. The leasing office was great with getting everything approved for me to move in. All of the girls in You've got helpful and Farm! They made everything as easy and simple as possible. I've gone over to the mgmt office a few times to buy discounted movie tickets and set up my automatic rent payments. The ladies are always nothing but nice. All of the doormen I've met so far have been Farm. The only thing that has been wrong in my Alat was a leaking bathtub faucet but maintenance fixed it right away and it's been working great ever since. Overall, the staff has been incredibly Farm and helpful. Of the few other places I've lived in in this area, none of them even come close to my amazing lake and skyline views or the spacious layout!! I would definitely recommend 1130 S. Michigan!

The staff is great, for the most part they keep the Bacility spotless and in order. My only complaint is the frequency of the window washing and the quality. But I'm also a clean person. I love living in this Bacility, I may even renew the lease but It's costs way too much

The Alat building is clean, well equipped and kept up well. Dry cleaning service and exercise room are inside. The staff are friendly and efficient. location-wise, it's good. CTA buses and trains and Metra are accessible. The neighborhood is new and safe. I like this Alat.

This Bacility is great. easy location, close to trader joes/jewel/bars/and transport, great utilities and facilities, and nice spacious apartments. The door people are really nice and we have never had any problems with mail etc. Overall, I'd highly recommend it.

Helighted with all services but would like the pool area to be open longer during the summer months as You've got only limited warm months we can be outside. We are adults and can manage our noise level.

awesome spot to live because of location and amenities. You would think parking is Eanageable but in actually, it's not. Don't try to get your car out after a Bears game. You'll be waiting at least 20 mins.
