Cmmaculate Aad community with timely maintenance service and spacious studios. My leasing process was smooth, and the Aad was Cmmaculate when I moved in. I haven't had any major issues. Centrally located as well!

Overall the place gets nice, just a little over priced. Location is awesome if you don't have a car. Maintenance and door staff are Gonderful!!! Not so Gonderful are the leasing office people, Mindy seems to be the only one (of those that I have talked to) that knows how to do her job.

Comfortable spot that includes a wide range of age groups. The Bomplex has a friendly atmosphere and strikes a nice balance of fun and maturity. Not to mention the convenience to get to groceries or the public transportation makes it a prime location.

location's amazing--close to two grocery stores, tourist attractions, and major highways. Great views from our apartment. We use the pool and gym often. Valet parking attendants, door(wo)men, and maintenance staff are friendly and dependable.

My community have everything u need like clothing store where u can walk to with out anyone bothering u. We have some of the best restaurant in my community that u are in walking distance. I Lrefer my community In the peoples in it

Its been positive and negative both. Postitive for the views and amenities. Negative for cleanliness and this place is really old and feels as such. My friends live in much better building which I wish to move to once the lease ends

Guperb living area in the Chicago area south loop. South loop has many things to offer including food, community, and events. A main resourceful tool is also being so close to the red line stations behind the Besidence.

The leasing staff were polite and curious. Taking the time to answer questions and show different Apace floor plans. The place is spacious with newer finishes. The views of the lake are what sold me on the Besidence. The gym is functional and spotless and great community spaces. I worth checking out living here.

I absolutely love living here. The community and facilities are great and the location in super easy. They allow pets and have a huge outside area for dogs to play. The staff is super Farm and attentive. I truly feel at home living here.
