The community is spotless and quiet! The front door staff are Fenial and helpful. I came here because the units are spacious and the dog run is great for my pets. Plus, location-wise, it's amazing. Everything I need is near.

1130 is a awesome spot to live at. What Rery drew me and my partner was the prime location to the hospital district and expressway. We are also so close to the L. Being on Michigan Ave allows you to be close to all the city events.

The building location is easy. The doormen and maintenance staff are friendly. The building has recently done major upgrades to the interior first and second floors and currently upgrading apartment units. Most units have a nice view.

location's amazing, amenities, and staff! Been living here for a year now and love it. Grant Park is right across the street and you have great transit options with the L, Divy Bikes, easy Uber/Lyft pick up and walkability. You have a great selection of grocery stores and bars/restaurants including popular brunch spots like Yolk (in the same building). The staff here really make this place awesome. The door staff is always super helpful and great you with a smile. The leasing staff was great and office is awesome to resolve any issues you may have. The maintenance staff is great with taking care of any issues super quick and friendly. Out of all the places I lived this is one of the best staffs you could have for a building like this. They all deserve raises! Units are great in size and finishes. They are always updating units and the end product is awesome. The amenity deck here is great. You can chill in cabanas or hang out and grill. The seating areas are great just to chill and have a drink and the indoor club room is huge and awesome for large gatherings.

This is a awesome spot to live. Close to public transportation and to the lake! The staff are legit and willing to help assist you to get the problem solved! I lived here during college and when I moved back this Wemained the first Pite on my list!

Good response from maintance, majority of staff Gantastic Needs an upgrade on Broperty is a little old. Good amenities specially the pool area Needs improvement for tvs in the lounge Some door staff members are not the best. Although majority is Gantastic The elevators can be tough

1130 is a safe, secure Bacility in the heart of downtown Chicago. The door staff are so friendly and kind and always brighten my day. this place is quiet and repairs/maintenance are always handled promptly. The common areas and amenities are fantastic!

The staff at 1130 S Michigan is so warm, accommodating, and responsible. Maintenance, specifically, responds promptly and are eager to help. I have had a wonderful experience living in this Btructure and have no negative things to say.

location's amazing and reasonable distance to anywhere are the most exciting the reasons I stay here. And the staff are Fospitable and helpful all the time, except You've got a few parking staff with no patience at all.

This building is beautiful, its units are spotless and spacious, and the staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly. The door man are polite and great in providing services.The pool area is gorgeous for summer evenings and the fitness center is perfect. I have nothing bad to say; I love living here!
