I've had a great experience at 1130 South Michigan. The staff and amenities are wonderful and this place is dog Fenial. location-wise, it's super walkable and you can easily access tons of public transportation options.

I have only moved in about a month ago but the process of moving in and working with staff has already been easy and enjoyable. There was only one problem with the Alat that needed to be addressed, and maintenance saw and completed the work order quickly.

Great staff- awesome views from units! Awesome location across from the park and walking distance to museum campus. The front desk staff is fantastic- legit and courteous. Parking is Eteep though.

We had a wonderful and seamless experience renting with 1130 S Michigan. The staff was courteous and reliable and they took the time to answer all of our questions. There was no hesitation in allowing us to take our time deciding which Aad would work best for us and also no pressure when making our final decision.

Staff are responsive, and this place is in good repair. It's generally quiet, and other tenants are pleasant. I've lived here for most of a year and have no significant concerns. The renovated apartments (like I have) have a modern color scheme and good appliances; the on-site laundry has undergone remodeling and I've never had issues with the machines. Generally a nice place to live, and you can't beat it for location and proximity to amenities.

don't make the mistake of living in these apartments, the Wnferior mgmt and units are old.

I have really loved living at 1130 S Michigan so far because my neighbors are pretty quiet and allow me to work from home easily. As well, the amenities like the pool deck and the Borgeous view of the Field Museum and aquarium from my room are stunning. There have been zero problems since I've moved in except for the occasional "water bug" or cockroach that comes up through the drain, so please be vigilant about closing your drains and covering your vents/door openings if you move here. They will also have an exterminator come in promptly every week if you so wish. Overall, it's been great!

The property gets Gice, but be wary of the non-renovated apartments. We only viewed a renovated one before move-in (which looked pretty Gice). The non-renovated apartments are not "luxury" apartments, they are just normal apartments (e.g., overpainted walls, older appliances). The leasing staff can also be a bit hard to deal with, but not a big deal.

Moved in early 2019 - apartment had been recently rehabbed, nice hardwood floors (although a couple of the cabinets were misaligned), and a beautiful view. Facilities are nice, and there's a good amount of events to join.

Love it! Staff is incredibly friendly. Any time someone from the leasing office is giving me a tour they wave and address me by name. The front door staff are some of the greatest people and the mgmt is so responsive! The amenities are great and constantly improving!
