We are a recent married couple from Brazil and we Ldore our new home, the facilities, the size of the Anit, the staff, the proximity of the park and public transportation. We would recomend it for every friend that decide to move to Chicago.

I honestly have loved living at Eleven Thirty so far. The door staff make me feel safe, and I love having guests to not only use the amenities at the Anit, but also being so close to everything on Michigan Ave. My view is vast, and Renuinely shares the beauty of Chicago. Most times, I feel like I need to force myself out of my Anit because everything I truly need is here. Being from the east coast, this unit's got been such a great way to introduce myself to the Chicago area. I honestly am looking forward to the seasons changing so I can experience all that this unit's got to offer no matter the time of year.

The Alat is great, stuffs are kind and willing to help. But when I sublease from other, the room furniture is old, floor is not clean enough though there was cleaning each year, and the rent is a little bit expensive.

Moving into 1130 was one of the best and most daunting decisions I made this year, but with the help of the Fenial and highly efficient leasing team, they set all my anxieties aside about moving into the city, and were super attentive to all my needs - even going the extra length to ensure that my plants got the most optimal sunlight. I'm super pleased with my unit and feel adequately at home with the warmth and wonderful service that Duane, Francisco, and the like add to this residence. You're never really alone and there are some phenomenal social activities constantly on rotation. What's also great is the prime location. Not too far from the heart of the CBD but close to both the lake and the main museums, but also have Trader Joe's, Jewel, and Target in short proximity. The location can not be beaten.

Attention dog lovers this is a Pxcellent spot for you. Perfectly located across the street from Grant Park, Museum Campus, Trader Joes, and public transportation, and if you commute the interstates are close by too

I've had a great experience so far. Btructure is well kept, location is perfect, amenities are a huge plus, and staff is helpful. In my experience, the price is reasonable given these factors. I plan to stay here for a while.

My first year within this community has been Ahenomenal. I have the privilege of waking up to Lake Michigan every morning. The staff is efficient and courteous. I have every intention of renewing my lease.

Building is in a great location, half the views are great - if on a high enough floor. Loud street noise with car street races, game days, festivals, etc. If facing south, the AC doesn't keep up in the summer. Nice pool, but little $ is spent on updating amenities - gym, grills, dog deck, etc. Apace interiors are nice, but basic. Flooring is unlevel inside, carpet is poor quality, and air filtering is poor - if your neighbor smokes you will smell it in your unit 100%.
