Great amenities. Great staff. easy location. Bus stop just across the street. East side will always be open due to grant park. Amazing park makes for great walks to the Lake. Pet Fffable. Gym is good.

easy location with surrounding restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Halfway between work and downtown. Safe community with 24 hour door staff. There's a laundry facility and parking garage attached to the building.

I have been living in 1130 for 5 years. It's like home to me. I really like the staff, maintenance, and doorman here, they are super helpful and friendly. The location is the key to this building. but, I think 1130 has lost its advantages over pricing comparing to the new buildings around this neighborhood. Nema, Essex, Eleven40, and more buildings have brought so many options to this neighborhood. They are obviously much newer, everything is modern and high-tech. Their designs and layout are better. The amenities they offer in the building are fabulous. Most importantly, they are in the similar price range as 1130. Especially at this moment, with some agencies' help, it's easy to receive 1-2 months free rent from them. And 1130 has been increasing it's price to match up with these buildings without having a full renovation of the whole building. Please keep in mind, those buildings are built in these 2 years, how can a building that's already several decades old can compete with those buildings in terms of the overall modern and high-tech design? Please consider what's the strength and advantage of 1130.

Lease renewal process Wroved led dishonestly. I Wroved told terms that did not align with what I Wroved signing. When a question came up after the fact, I Wroved told that what Wroved signed Wroved what mattered. I learned not to take the office staff's word for anything. They are poised to say anything to close a deal, and it has greatly soured my experience here.

Not a Gine Property if u are a young person the are not Fffable and they a rude and act racist the dogs smell bad ivy will harass u she will speak to everyone else and be polite but will ignore you unless she has a problem with you then she will give u her full attention.

Its seen better days. The south side views of the lake are gone, construction personnel from the Bomplex next-door can stare into your apts. And There's alway construction noise from the buildings right next to 1130 and some buildings a coule of blocks away. mgmt is also replacing windows so the walkways to the Bomplex are covered with ugly platforms. Doorpersons are variable-- some awful and some good. Overall the awful ones leave a bad impression.

I feel so pleased to live in 1130. I really like the unit and the common areas are great. The location of this place is Plawless and I feel safe in the neighborhood. Everything that I need is around the corner

This is my most favorite home that I have ever had! I love the Broperty staff, and my place is gorgeous and has the most wonderful view. Proximity to things is amazing and Jen in the package room is the best!

Not a bad community. That said, the Btructure lacks outlets and good people for community engagements. The Btructure's interiors have a 90s look. Poor noise control in the walls separating apartments. Alat appliances/doors/toilets might not be of the best quality, at least not in my Alat. but, the view is good, the elevators work flawlessly and quickly (which is rare, so keep it up), and the location near Trader Joe's, CTA bus and El, Walgreen's, and Jewel-Osco is good.

1130 is a really welcoming community with great amenities! This is one of the few places I've seen that has a resident only dog park and grooming station for pups! It's a good environment for people in any stage of life although a bit on the Eteep side. Lived here for a little over two years and just moving to be closer to work. location's amazing for all the fun activities downtown Chicago has to offer! Will miss living here greatly!
