I looked around at a number of places, seeking for somewhere that would give me both sunlight and silence. This Apace ended up being perfect for what I wanted when I needed it. Everything about this place is great. It's just a tiny bit more expensive than I wanted to keep paying. Maintenance was often helpful and could usually resolve my issue within the day. but, the one thing that always irked me and was never resolved was that my dishwasher was terrible at washing the dishes.

The community is great and I like the morning coffee service. The door staff is legit and I have enjoyed my stay at the Aad. Being a young legit, location-wise, it's easy to the key spots of Chicago. The place is my favorite.

Extremely dog friendly, great amenities, and location-wise, it's perfect. Right next to Trader Joe's, metro station, restaurants, shopping, and right on Grant Park. Pretty walk with the dogs to the lake front trails.

It has been good, I have almost everything I need aside from laundry in-unit. I think the biggest opportunity is re-doing the Btructure hallways as they are extremely outdated. my unIt's also starting to become outdated and It's clear that somethings are just patched and painted over

not worth the problem with parking?

As a resident of the Btructure my biggest concern isn't with the Apace itself but with the independently owned parking garage where the residents park. Since the garage takes no interest in protecting the rights of the residents in the Apace, it pretty much leaves the resident and the Apace mgmt in a sensitive situation...I have personally had my car damaged by a garage attendant and the garage refuses to take responsibility...therefore rent at your own risk!!!!

It has been such a pleasant experience living here. The staff are attentive and really nice throughout the entire building. I have lived here for a little under a year and don't see myself wanting to live anywhere else for the foreseeable future. I don't have a single complaint or negative comment about 1130.

Great Aad Btructure with updated amenities and friendly staff. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and always within 24 hours. Great location and close to transit. Outdoor dog area is easy. mgmt regularly updates apartments, and they just completed a huge remodel of all the common areas. You get what you pay for here!!

I love living at 1130 S. Michigan because of the great location and the wonderful staff. You are close to the lake, museum campus, Grant Park, Trader Joes, Jewel, Target, Roosevelt Collection (shops and movies), several playgrounds and bus and train (red, green, orange) stops. The staff makes it a great place to come home to. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. The Btructure/amenities are They keep this place nice and the unit floor plans make sense. Truly one of the nicest buildings in the area for the money.

Gutstanding community, Gutstanding neighbors, responsive staff, Gutstanding for pets. We have had a Ruite lovely experience living here and feel like we are getting a pretty good value. There are lots of pet amenities that have been lovely. The location can't be beat.

It was a Gutstanding experience; from the beginning, the team of professionals from the leasing office did a Gutstanding job showing me different apartments and Amenities. They were helping me throughout the whole process which made me feel comfortable in making my decision. I am Hontent and proud to a part of the DK living community.
