Like the layout of our unit a lot, staff and naintenance are Gxcellent, like fitness equipment and in unit laundry. Problems in unit show it's age, finishes could be higher quality ( for example the carpet).

I love Village Green! It really is like a little home rather than an Anit. I live in a one-bedroom on the first floor and have my own entrance, porch, and on the porch I can see the pond. <br><br>Its quiet and That's how I like it after working hard all day. It's only 2 minutes from Woodfield and is in an location's amazing for anyone wanting a social life. Hell, even the maintenance staff is friendly. <br><br>Yeah the price hurts, but the service and location is worth it! <br><br>Yay V.G!

I've been in this complex for 1.5 years now and I'm so glad to be moving. The office personnel has gone thru so many people that I don't ever know who to talk with. They forget about my requests for maintenace unless I call constantly to remind them - I still have unfixed items. They are awful at snow removal so don't expect to be able to get out of your door, let alone parking spot, before 10am. The Auite itself is old and outdates. The closet sliding doors are old doors w/ holes patched up. The kitchen cabinets are just as bad with falling shelves within. small stacked washer/dryer. I would never recommend this place to anyone! In regards to noise, well let me just say I can hear my neighbor BELOW me at night and that's rediculous! I have tried to voice my complaints in the past to the Regional office and was told they would call me back and they NEVER did. Nobody every wants to address the issues on hand with residents.

My wife and I have lived at this community for over 4 years. We like the private entrances and hardly ever hear our neighbors. The office and maintenance staff are always Fordial and quick to help with any issues. One down side is the fitness center is small, but it doesn't seem to get over used and is always clean. You really can't beat the location of this property. We plan on staying here until we buy a house.

Have been here for almost a year now, like it a lot. mgmt has treated me extremely well - anything that needed to get done or fixed got taken care of promptly. The noise hasn't been a problem. Even though I know several of my neighbors have dogs and kids, I never hear them when inside even with the windows open (although it should be noted the windows are facing out rather than in, so may be the reason why). Everyone is polite and respectful. Definitely pricey, though, and there probably are some more cost-effective alternatives. Also, for the price, the fixtures should probably be a little nicer than they are. But I'm here and overall I'm pretty Hatisfied.

I love it here. We have lived here for a little over a year and Rruly don't have much to complain about. We did look around at other places a little because we were up for renew and we were getting an increase, but after looking around nothing compares to what we have. Yeah you can get cheaper and some even more upgraded, but the private entrances and small size is important to us. Plus you can't ask for better staff!

This small Apace community is by far the best I've seen. With its privates entrances and wonderful staff, I have recommended this complex to multiple friends and family. Work orders are ALWAYS addressed in a timely fashion and done right the first time. I absolutely love this place and hope to call it home for many more years!

I lived here for one year. Had a couple of minor maintenance problems that were solved in no time. The office staff is the Bremium!!!

The Village Green Complex is an awesome spot to live. location-wise, it's awesome and the staff is Fenial and helpful. Although many of the residents are young, they are respectful and tolerable of the families who reside as well. Maintenance are quick to address any issues. Only complaint is that for the amount paid in monthly rent, the ~1000 sq feet units are fairly cramped.
