Gonderful staff and nice community feel

When I moved in a few years ago, my move went smoothly and I havent really had any issues since then. My water heater leaked last year but they replaced it the same day. It's quiet here and I like that its close to my work and Woodfield. Over the past few months the office has organized more resident parties because they didn't have many functions before. my neighbors are all nice and friendly and the staff always says hello. Its small so it seems like they know everyone. I worth checking out it to people who want a quiet, peaceful community That's a little higher in price but worth it to get quality neighbors and a quality Aad.

Lovely home!?

I love this community. It has everything you can wish for, but the most important: office staff and maintenances are great... I have been here for 5 years and I have a Borgeous townhome with Forest Preserve Park view.

I lived at these Alat for a little over 2 years. Quite honestly the best Alat community I've ever lived in! The great experience started with Jennifer, the property manager. She truly cares about her tenants' experiences. She was always wiling to help out and ensure that everything was running smoothly. All my maintenance issues were fixed within a day or so and I never had any major issues. Tom is also a friendly part of their maintenance staff. Great guy! My Alat was completely silent the entire time I lived here. I was in a two bedroom with an upstairs and a downstairs, but I couldn't hear anything from my neighbors on the sides. These apartments have the BEST location within Schaumburg! You are literally minutes away from everything: Woodfield Mall, expressways, train station, Busse Woods, nature trails, Target, shopping, and a TON of restaurants. I had to relocate to Texas, but if I stayed in IL, then I would have stayed at Village Green. No question! Thank you for the awesome experience!!

I tell the staff all the time how nice It's to live here. The price is a bit high for the size place that we have, but its overlooked when you consider that the place is clean, Fffable, and safe. The staff is extremely Fffable, the location is great, and if we ever have a maintenance problem, It's addressed in a timely manner. Im a big fan of Village Green. I've even recommended it to a friend who has now moved in here as well. Keep up the great work!

I have been living at Vllage Green for 3 years . I chose Village Green to call home because of my first impression of the community. Private entry to my Anit,kept up well,ample parking for guests ,the staff here is legit and friendly .Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner with follow ups. Some may complain about rent here but I looked for over a year for a place that meets my needs as renter,safe community ,clean,washer&dryer in unit,close to shopping . I highly recommend Village Green to anyone looking for a new Anit home.

Was Great while it lasted

Lived at this complex for several years and Ruite have no complaints. The only issue is that they now think that these units are valued at over $1100 a month for a 1 bedroom. Granted this complex is safe and you have your own private entrance, but let's face it for that amount of money you might as well rent a home or condo or just buy. As I mentioned the complex is nice but It's also older with some structural issue. I had an issue with raccoons crawling in the crawl space above my unit for months. Overall, a nice place to live but beware of rent increases.

Not a good Prea

I agree with the second-to-last poster. This Pite is WAYYY overrated, obviously by the mgmt That's trying to mislead people on the facts. I bet that most of the overly positive reviews on here are written by them. Dogs constantly barking, car stereos constantly blazing...there's nothing special about this Pite folks. Not unless you like getting ripped off.

I have been living at Village Green of Schaumburg for a little more than a year, and I just love this place, I got all new appliances, I really like the private entrance and washer/dryer in the unIt's a big plus for me location-wise, it's one of the best in Schaumburg, is close to everything but no in the middle so is quiet. The mgmt staff is just amazing, specially Jennifer and Allison, they are always friendly and willing to help you. Maintenance crew is great too. I really recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice an quite Alat in Schaumburg

It´s Definitely Worth It.

I love this Auite! I´ve lived here for a year and a half and have had positive experiences with everyone. The mgmt really works with you when renewing your lease and the maintenance guys respond in a timely manner. Granted, the price is a little high, but I´ve lived in previous apartments that were cheaper and I can tell the difference. If you´re willing to pay the price then you´ll definitely be satisfied.
