The lakes of schaumburg is a nice community to live at. People are Fffable. I felt at home before I even moved in.

I moved in 2 months ago and have dealt with nothing but mistakes from the mgmt team. They tried to get me to pay a water bill incurred prior to my move in date. They misquoted a deposit. They don't heat or cool the hallways of the buildings; its like we live in a ------ Broperty. Maintenance is okay --they show up when you ask and are quick plowing the streets.

I just moved in here about 3 months ago, and I can't wait for moving out. I can hear every step he makes from upstairs. It's so Loisy. Almost every morning/night he wakes me up, even though I am using ear plugs when I sleep (without it, I can´t sleep anymore).

This is the only problem I´ve got so far.

I have only been here for about a month. Everything is top-notch. Monica Granata has done a superior job from the application process through my moving in. Even with the office closed because of the coronavirus, she made arrangements to permit the installation of the internet in my apartment, which need to access to an electrical room. The place is quiet and left clean. So far so good! It will be great when the gym reopens :).

I only moved in a few months ago, but I like it here. They have a cop that drives around the place at night, they have 2 fitness centers so there's always equipment thats not being used, and the maintenance guys are Rery quick to get stuff done when you ask. Everything is Rery well lit at night, which was important to me. (the last place I lived was kind of bad) The office girls are also Rery nice.

I have lived here a little over a year. I just renewed my lease, and got a small increase in rent, but still a fair price. The neighbor moise is to be expected, but its Alat living people!! I've lived in many Alat complexes, and you can hear your neighbors in all of them. The staff calls me by name whenever I come in to get a package, the maintenance staff comes the same day to fix things, and the landscaping is some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I would definitely reccommend living here.

I've lived here almost 3 years and I love it. I live in an end unit and it's quiet and private. Love the washer/dryer in unit. Just upgraded the cabinets and countertops in the bathroom and kitchen. Service is always quick and done properly the first time and they don't make a mess either. Always parking near my Prea. Only thing I'd change is the rent price, since it DOESN'T include utilities with the price...only down side. I worth checking out this Prea, I love it here.

Looks nice..but rather Sittle for the price. Like a previous reviewer noted, you'll know when your neighbors decided to "get it on"...almost as if you're in the room with them. loud..the upstairs neighbor can drop an orange yet it sounds like a bowling ball when it hits the floor. Balcony is nice but cabinets are poorly designed and too Sittle...and Sittle closet space. Dishwasher and washer/dryer could possibly be from a toy store. Landscapers,I guess, work better at 6:45 am....hope that wont bother you. At least it looks nice and is in a OK area.

I like my Auite and the maintenance guys. I've lived here for about 7-8 months now, and everything is great. Its nice to be somewhere that the gym by my place is open 24hrs.

Walls are THIN, like paper! My neighbors had an active sex life. Its kind of vulgar to say, but it was like they were in the next room with the door open. I could live with it, but if I had kids I'd be upset they had to hear that. I mean, it was pretty graphic. It makes you think what other people could hear YOU doing. I heard conversations clear as day, again, like someone was in the next room with the door open, but they were in the next apartment! I knew that my neighbor was fighting with her mother over the phone and what the argument was about, and trust me, I would rather not have heard it! Everything else was OK, but I think it was expensive for the size of the apartment that you got. Also, there's no utilities included, which sucks because that means an extra 150 or so in living costs for two adults who aren't even home much. In the end, the noise and cost made us move. I guess its perfect if you're a voyeur and want to listen to other people do EVEYTHING
