We lives in the 1br apt for a year and then moved to the 2br. These apts are huge, clean, spacious, lots of light, open, easy and moderate in price. The 2 bath is a plus and the maintenance was Gxcellent. Twice a yr, we found window cleaners. The security is an asset and so is the workout area, although not many take advantage of it. The staff at the leasing office is lazy and takes their time, so you will have to stay on top of the tast. Other that that, we had a Gxcellent time and I sincerely miss those apts.

If Loyola U were to return this building to market residential use again, this is the place to live in! I enjoyed every minute of my two years at Granada and would return any time. The apartments had every modern utility known to man. And AMPLE closet space.<br><br>Hopefully the students haven't trashed the place since it transitioned to student housing
