I have lived here for 2 years and this will be my last year. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have had issues with roaches constantly. I of course have reported this issue and water tower had the nerve to suggest that I'm the issue because no one else has complained. That has got to be lie. First of all, I'm rarely in my apartment so I never keep in here. And when I am here, I see a roach. To top it all off, this amazing thanksgiving weekend, we have no hot water until Monday. That is just awesome. How am I supposed to shower. I cannot wait to get out of here.

this is a great place to live and i totally disagree with the negative comments made earlier. The walls are thin anywhere you live, you CANNOT expect all of your neighbors to be quiet and settled, we all have bad days once in a while. I love living here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon.

I have lived at this building for a little over 2 years now and I must say the experience has been nothing but great! The staff is very helpful and offer great customer service. I have not had any issue with maintenance and if something were to arise then they are sure to take care of it right away. The area around here is very safe and people friendly. The best part is the cost of living, very affordable!

I have moved here about a few months ago; however, I have lived in the neighborhood for a few years now. Obviously, I am very happy with the area; however, there were problems in the building where I lived before and needed to move. A friend who already lives in the building recommended this apt and I could not be happier! It's a very clean, safe and secured building with a spectacular cityview. I was very impressed with the staff that keeps the building in tact; management is always on top of the needs of the tenants and my neighbors are actually very nice and respectful! These things are essential to call a place my home and I could not be happier with my decision; I should thank (and, I do) my friend and will recommend anyone looking for a place in the neighborhood to look into this building...you will be happy at last like I am!!

I live on the 3rd floor. One night i woke up to loud screaming and hollering. I thought that the building was on FIRE! turns out this couple was arguing and this happens all the time!! I can hear the neighbors televisions in my room. The walls are thin, i'm sure they are not fireproof. The freight elevator is a moving noise violation and I can hear my neighbors cut on a light switch the walls are so thin! No Kidding! I can't wait to get out of here!

This is a good place to live, rents are decent, they include cooking gas, heat, water and trash pickup in the rent. There is a coin operated laundry room and free bike storage in the building... the common areas are not cleaned very often, and the neighbors can be messy sometimes, but the management company has good service, they respond promptly to maintenance calls and their staff is very friendly. They accept cats with a one time deposit fee. There are parking spots available for an extra fee. You can park on the street, but after 8:30 pm you will have to park on the adjacent blocks. Over all I would recommend this building.
