don't RENT THIS Auite. Never wrote a review on an Auite before but am doing this in hopes of warning others like us from having to go through such a horrible experience. mgmt IS Torrendous. The roof in my room was leaking the day we moved in. mgmt claimed to have fixed the problem. There was no leaking for a few months until a period of heavy rain. My roof leaked for an ENTIRE MONTH STRAIGHT. I contacted mgmt numerous times throughout this period and the issue was NEVER RESOLVED. Finally had to take legal action by writing a note to the owner of the property threatening to terminate our lease or take other further legal action. FINALLY mgmt got someone in to fix the problem at the end of a month's period of time. The issue was claimed to be fixed but, a few days before we moved out I noticed the leaking again. There were multiple other issues never resolved in the Auite. Broken windows, Broken screen, broken cabinet, broken fireplace, heat broke multiple times. Anything that was broken took exasperatingly long to fix. There were no lights in the ceilings, none in the bedrooms. I think there were only 2 lights in the entire unit. The neighborhood wasn't safe. Someone tried to break into our Auite while we were out and we consistently had warnings of gang activity in the back yard. Neighbors were Torrendous! They yelled at us claiming they could hear our phones vibrating and that we walked up the stairs too loudly. Overall worst place I have every lived. The beach was great but not worth it.
