don't move here. Problems with the Btructure, with the shower, with the mgmt. I have a presure with the warm water in the shower and kitchen and they said they can't fix it. Sooo... The rent is 750 for a small one bedroom, which is like a studio (around 400sqf???). A lot of noise from some tenants which listen music at 90 db. They don't have a janitor on the regular basis.

For the money, you can't beat these apartments. a lot cheaper rent than anywhere else in Rogers Park. It's an old Broperty but they keep the apartments nicely maintained. Perfect for mature Loyola and Northwestern students (be willing to be respectful about noise; this is a family Broperty with many older residents). Every other tenant I ever met in this Broperty was incredibly sweet. Neighbors say hello, help you carry your groceries/ move in your furniture (There's no elevator). Lunt is an adorable street with a Bxquisite beach, which does make parking on the weekends in the summertime a nightmare. If you find a space on Friday-- DON'T MOVE. Otherwise, permit-free on-street parking, with a paid parking at the end of the street(free from 7pm to 9am). Never had trouble finding parking when it wasn't beach weather. There's a coffee shop on the corner with a staff's super friendly (not worth the price food and coffee though....). Short walk to grocery store, sweet and cheap movie theater, restaurants (best falafel place in the city!), bars (The Glenwood and its bartenders are the sweetest), Glenwood Farmers Market in the summer; longer but doable walk to Northwestern shuttle stop (for students), Loyola University, Edgewater and all its cute bakeries and flower shops; short drive to Andersonville for brunch. Red Line Morse stop is less than two blocks away, bus stop is right on the corner. This neighborhood can be a bit unsafe late at night, though I never felt unsafe on Lunt (I was a graduate student and often came home late). Stay alert and you'll be fine!
