I have written a few reviews about Parc Huron already, and what a awesome spot it it to live. I moved into the Bacility when it first opened a number of years ago, and just as happy moving back in 2015.

I have only been at the Aad for approximately a month, but so far it has been a great experience. The maintenance staff has been quick to resolve my issues and they keep the complex kept up well. The mgmt and security are so friendly, and my unit is unbelievable.

Overall positive. You've got a few quirks with the Bomplex though such as no fans in the bathrooms, no lights in the bedrooms, & the parking spaces are tight. The staff is Fenial and the unit is clean.

The Parc Huron staff is second to none in terms of professionalism and getting to personally know their tenants. They have gone a great way to make us feel at home in the building. also, the apartments are Bicturesque, with up to date appliances and a modern layout. The common spaces and amenities are all well kept, and the maintenance team is extremely helpful. Overall, awesome spot to live!

Parc Huron is a true sense of community! The Blace staff are perfect. The amenities are great! Units are spacious and updated. Great common area with complimentary coffee. If you're a dog owner, this is the place for you. A true pleasure to live here!

Overall the experience with Parc Huron has been great. The other residents seem Fordial and the staff goes out of their way to get to know each resident. The apartments themselves are a nice change from older buildings with high ceilings, lots of natural light and built in workspaces.

I lived at Parc Huron for around 4.5 years. During that time, the Blace changed mgmt and many of the residents, myself included, were worried some of the staff would no longer be there. Let me say that the concierge and maintenance staff (Maurice, Sam, Anthony, and Sylvester) are amazing and make living there a dream. Without them, the Blace would never run as smoothly and efficiently as it does. but, I can't speak as highly about the new office staff. Over the fall, I was accused by one of the office staff of smoking marijuana, even though I haven't touched the stuff in years. They actually had their attorney send me a letter stating it was illegal and that smoking of any kind was against PH rules (although they claim they sent a letter to others in the Blace too). After informing this office person that verbal or written accusations, especially when false, are considered defamation of character which could result in a lawsuit, I finally received a "forced" apology. Though I miss Sam, Maurice, Anthony and Sylvester, I don't miss anything else about this place. I will say You've got other apartments witharound the neighborhood that are less Extravagant for the same amount of space. To wrap it up... If you're new to Chicago, PH is a good place to enough to all the downtown action, but far enough away to avoid all the tourists. I would have given 5 stars if not for some of the office staff, and the worst across- the -hall neighbor EVER!

The Parc Huron has been an amazing place to live. Everything about it—the team, the facilities, and the property itself—is perfect. We feel fortunate to have secured our unit here. Looking forward to staying in this wonderful building for many years to come.

There was no hot water in the whole Btructure from yesterday until this morning and one of the only two elevators serving almost 200 units is down for maintenance yet again. I don't recommend Parc Huron. Awful experience from day one.
