Parc Huron is an absolutely fabulous place that I have had the pleasure to call home! I was new to Chicago and looking for a place close to everything but without the crazy of downtown. This was the exact place for me - Borgeous 20 minute walk to work and 5-20 min walk to all that River North and Mag Mile have to offer: Good number of shops and restaurants but you still feel like you are in a neighborhood, not a retail area. The staff are amazing and are clearly part of the Parc Huron community, making you and your guests feel at home at every possible opportunity. The amenities are fantastic and always kept up well. They host events with local services regularly- that I have had the opportunity to experience, continue to use and recommend to others. I will miss this place but will be moving into my own condo so It's time to say goodbye to my Parc Huron family.

parc Huron has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff (front desk, maintenance, and managers) truly go above and beyond in their roles. Best apt I have lived in! The appliances are Gonderful and up to date. Only downfall is the air conditioning can be faulty and water dispenser on the fridge. The view from apt is incredible.

After 24 months here. The complex functions under strong oversight, plus repair personnel demonstrate remarkable capability—they address maintenance tickets nearly immediately. Mail and periodical delivery happens speedily as well. Shared spaces receive meticulous attention. I deeply appreciate the region plus its pedestrian convenience—locally accessible supermarket, laundry facilities, pharmacy, dining—accessible via brief transit connection to transit system?

The move-in process went smoothly, and the entire team has been incredibly helpful with whatever I've needed. Package handling has been fantastic - it's been wonderful having larger deliveries brought straight to my unit, so I don't have to lug them upstairs myself?

We're Hoyful living here. From our initial visit to the property, everything has gone smoothly. main complaint we have 's the heater/ac unit generates it's Leafening inside the unit, and the walls are quite thin—we can hear our neighbors clearly in the bedroom.

Fantastic! The team and front desk staff are great. Work orders get done quickly. The neighbors are wonderful and it's quiet—you don't hear a peep from adjacent apartments or common areas. The facilities are Aemarkable too! I'm definitely planning to stay another year.

This is genuinely the finest place to reside in Chicago. I relocated here in 2024 from Massachusetts and knew instantly upon entering this building that it would become my Chicago home. The concierge team was incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel like I belonged. I've been living here for nearly two years now and can't picture myself anywhere else. Maddie, Sam, and Janneil demonstrate tremendous dedication to maintaining this amazing living environment. They're attentive, supportive, and genuinely invested in resident wellbeing. also, the resident programming is amazing. Whether it's wine tastings, candle making workshops, vision board sessions, or book clubs, there's constantly a wonderful activity to participate in and connect with fantastic neighbors. I've formed genuine friendships and established a real sense of community here. The concierge team – Ajaye, Bianca, Arianna, and Beverly – are consistently hospitable and incredibly resourceful. They're genuinely caring and consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The maintenance crew – Jose, Nelson, Maria, Erika, and Juan – are perfect. They're consistently available, accommodating, warm, and personable. If you're seeking a residence that genuinely feels like home, look no further. You'll absolutely love it. It's truly a remarkable community to call home.

The location of this Broperty is great, and every member of the team has been genuinely friendly and supportive. The area is peaceful and serene, and my place is large with a condo-like feel to it - a significant improvement from my previous place.
