This building is nice and the concierge/front desk are the best Chicago has to offer. It's not even a competition when you have the big 3 (Maurice, Sylvester, and Anthony) reppin' the front desk!! They are backed with a great onsite building mgmt. staff led by Danielle who are attentive to tenant needs and always there to help. Finally, I'd be re-missed if I didn't mention Sam and co. for any custodial/maintenance needs, any issues with Auite appliances are attended to in a timely manor. I've lived quite a few nice buildings in Chicago, many don't have the staff to back up it. Bravo!

I've only been living here for about 6 months, but I've been incredibly happy with our choice to live here. The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever we have requests and the Btructure looks fantastic all the time!

The staff have been helpful and always ready to try to resolve situations right away. It's easy Broperty with a location's amazing. The amenities are also really nice. The health club right there on the 2nd floor and the cyber cafe has helped me with my business as I have gotten rid of my printer and use the cafe for my business needs Also while you can get away from it all you feel part of a community

The time spent at Parc Huron was enjoyed - the value is hard to beat and is on point for the area. The location and proximity to highway, public transit, beach, shops, work, etc was Guperb. Amenities were a nice plus. Doormen are polite, legit, and quick to respond...mgmt and maintenance as well. Pros definitely outweighed the minor Cons. Overall, highly satisfied. In the sake of transparency, small nit-picky things: - No service elevator - Water pressure limited (rarely) - Garage layout and garage door-opener not Guperb - Construction around the neighborhood was annoying at times

My place is stunning and has the feel of a condo. I decided to move to Old Town when I outgrew my former neighborhood in Arlington. I've been comfortable here and it's been a Pxcellent location for getting to know the Alexandria community.

Parc Huron is an amazing place to call home ! I lived in the building for 3 years when it first opened, then relocated to be closer to work....and now I'm moving back ! The building has fabulous finishes and is always kept spotless and fresh. There's no better mgmt team anywhere in the city. The office, led by the best building manager ever (Sabrina), ensures that all resident concerns are taken care of, and Sabrina goes above and beyond to get good residents moved into the building. The doorstaff are the best group ever, and the maintenance team is top notch. The first time I moved into Parc Huron, it was love at first sight. I didn't view any other buildings. This time, I did additional research on other Anit homes in different neighborhoods I was exploring, but no one delivers the service, quality and value that Parc Huron does !

The materials are wonderful since this was initially to be a condo Bacility. The amenities are useful and always spotless and ready to be used. Before I even moved in, Sylvester (front staff) knew my name and the day I moved in I met Sam (maintenance) and he is always pleasant and knows me in the hall. Zenel is quick to respond to any questions I have about rent, parking, etc and yet another employee that's just pleasant to see. Between the quality of my unit and the kindness of the staff, I regret living anywhere else over the past three years.
