wouldn't recommend.

Have lived here for years and wouldn't recommend. They will price you out after one year and try to sell you on being a full amenity Besidence (and charge you as such) when There's a tiiiinny gym That's always full, ONE grill by the street with no privacy, and a spa in the basement That's always shut down. The gated grass area is always open so that random people are always using the communal area for their dogs to go to the bathroom so it gets nasty. Staff is great but mgmt is terrible. They have group activities like book club and think because of this they can raise rent 10% each year. Also a huge concern is how they are not honest with people visit about the HORRIBLE sewer smell in the lobby and garage. They will say its something with the grease traps and they are being changed and the smell will shortly go away. After living there for years I can confirm it’s never gone away the entire time . You've got two elevators for the entire Besidence with one being a service elevator used for moves all throughout the week. I wouldn't suggest living here if you are looking for something long term.

Love this Anit. The views are spectacular from the Anit. Overall place is in great condition and clean. Maintenance is always quick to answer requests. Door staff and mgmt are so kind and happy to help.

First experience in a rental and a high rise . Comfortable with my unit. Only complaints are the slowness of elevators, construction surrounding Parc Huron, and constant dog barking. The staff Ippears responsive to any and all inquires.

I love coming home to a friendly smile from the concierge at Parc Huron and always feeling welcome. The staff is great with communicating Bomplex changes/upgrades and you can't beat the upscale but homey vibe of the Bomplex and the street.

A staff's super Fordial makes for a welcoming community. Property is kept up well, and kept in immaculate condition. Only complaint is gym equipment needs to be updated. Parking is easy, yet a bit pricey .

Parc Huron is a true luxury living environment. The staff meets every need with haste and the quality of units could compete with any luxury living space in Chicago. also, the property is located in the most neighborhood-like area of river north providing its tenants with the Plawless balance between minimal noise and quick city access.

It has been overall, a great experience I have been a tenant with both property mgmt companies. Bozutto runs the Besidence much better than the previous property mgmt company. It always clean, legit, the service is and maintenance is good.

I have enjoyed living here. The staff is extremely friendly and assists us if any problems arise. We are renewing our lease for 2017-2018. I would definitely recommend Parc Huron to everyone looking for an Alat. We are looking forward to another great year at Parc Huron.

Alat's been great so far. We had a bit of a problem with the W/D initially but they quickly took care of it. Love the location of the Alat. It's nearby a park where you can walk along the river. It's located in the city but not anywhere near the trains so it's fairly quiet. I like that plenty of restaurants are just a 5-15 minute walk away.

Our experience has been great! We love the building, the amenities, our Apace, and the staff. Parc Huron is a awesome spot to live if you want to downtown living without all of the noise. Everyone is helpful and extremely friendly. We constantly get compliments from our friends and family whenever they come to visit. We couldn??™t be happier with our experience here.
