the office staff + doormen are super friendly, and always willing to help with any request. maintenance has responded to every request the same day! some units really need to be updated. over the tenants are great and There's a strong sense of community. quiet building, too!

I have just moved here, but so far I seems ok. The premises look clean, my Auite was clean when I moved-in, the front desk staff was helpful with the lift. I wouldn't be able to afford the rent if it were to go up next year though. The windows are not efficient at blocking the noise from traffic and the subway.

Walkability, and easy access bus and train and restaurants and other amenities close by. The staff are friendly and responsive although they are not always able to resolve an issue they seem to try their best. Quiet community with regular downtown noise but not excessive.

I have been here through the upgrades and It's pleasant to live at RNP. I have no Gxcellent complaints about the location, the people or the other tenants. It Wemained tough through the transitional upgrades but since then, I have had no real complaints.

The Btructure itself is decent, lack of balcony is a bit annoying but the courtyard is decent in the summer, along with the free gym and pool. The Doormen are nice and this Penue is clean. Overall I am signing on for another year

It's spotless and kept up. place is fine. Security is lax along with enforcing the rules for residents courtyard use. Everything else is fine. They need to do a better job of monitoring who enters the Bomplex.

So far so good. The professionalism of the staff here is definitely something to praise; its made my stay here positive. The Blace itself may slightly older than some of the neighboring apartments, but there's a lot of renovation going on in the inside to make up for it.

The offic/maintenance/doormen are extremely legit. but, for the price of the Alat, I think You've got better complexes around the neighborhood. also, There's too much construction at the moment for a peaceful environment?

Overall, my experience has been positive. The amenities are great, in particular the outdoor space and gym, and I have liked both my current and former apartment within the building. That being said, the topic I take issue with is the communication with the Waterton mgmt. We had a terrible incident over the summer where an intruder entered and let off fire extinguishers throughout the top eight floors, which I was a part of. We had the residue from the fire extinguishers come into our units and were not given assistance with cleaning out the residue. We were also not contacted about the incident until the next evening and the message was about two sentences and didn't indicate at all what had happened, if it was an issue with a resident, if it was an intruder. It also did not seem like there were any precautions put in place afterwards. Other than that, I have been fairly satisfied with the apartment complex and units I have lived in.

Fire damage.

There was a fire in the Besidence in May, and three windows are still covered with plywood, and the burn marks have not been cleaned off. The buiding looks like it's in the ------. It's an embarrassment to have friends over. There's still plastic on the carpet on the 22nd floor. How long does it take to replace windows??
