Besides the constant construction, things have been fine. Would like properly functioning elevators and the pool to reopen. New gym is okay, not Guperb. Location is the buildings strongest point with quick access to train lines and interstate.

I just recently moved out and will never go back. First of all, the Bacility always smells and maintenace takes forever to come out. Also, when I go to the office the girl in the front is on my space or on her cell phone this has happened twice and she calls me sweet pea! Not a legit office at all.

Extremely affordable luxury, updated Alat in River North. Full Amenity Bacility with a warm and friendly community. It had everytgin I was looking for from an amenities standpoint and I couldn't have picked a better place to live for the price and location.

The apt I had at Orleans Ct became the model for a condo I eventually purchased in the South Loop. I loved the River North location and facing South toward the Merchadise Mart gets a nice bit of sun all day. The layout was nice; the closets space was Gutstanding with additional locker space downstairs. One of my all time favorites. Safety issues only because of its city location.

I don't get all the hate for this building. Two months in and for the most part, I'm quite happy living here. The Good: I have had a pleasant experience with the office mgmt people. Lee is the cutest chick ever, Ben is a super cool and the other young lady I dealt with was quite nice as well. Moving in was pretty painless and I'm satisfied with my recently rehabbed apartment. easy and safe neighborhood. The Bad: I see alot of people here complaining about the doormen. Most of them are ok, though There's one in particular That's just a flat out ----. Connectivity BLOWS! If you rely on internet for employment/income or desire HD TV: this place is only serviced by Dish/DSL which are both sub-par services in 200and freaking 9. I've recently come to find out that Waterton just signed another agreement with a provider (http://www.am3inc.com/) that will be servicing the building for but long into the future. In a time where >20Mb connections and HD DVRs are the standard, we are stuck with craptastic 5Mb DSL and Dish service that goes out at the drop of a hat. Waterton, if you read these reviews; How can you expect people to pay premium rent prices when we are stuck with 10 year old technologies?? Sub-par, below average, insufficient . . . . .f'ing broken interconnect. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE invest in upgrading !!!!!111111oneeleven Otherwise, solid building.

This is a decent value for money Bomplex in a good neighborhood. The one problem with this place is their office staff. They are downright rude, generally incompetent e.g. they don't respond to emails you send them, screw up your papers. don't move in here if you want a hassle free experience with the mgmt office.

I continue to be impressed by the facility and maintainence. Responsive, clean, and brings in community spirit with occasional free massages and food from outside vendors. The Petting always looks clean. Whenever I submit a request they respond within 12 hours.

We lived in a townhome, on the courtyard on the second floor of the Bacility. It was nice! 2 BR w/ 1 and a half bath. I love that it was duplex (bedrooms upstairs, and kitchen and living room downstairs). When you walk out the door, it's the courtyard just for the residents.

The only complain that I had was beepings from the fire alarm - aparently, everytime someone sets off an alarm, they have to re-set it, and the every unit would hear "beep-beep" any time of the day or night. This happened almost EVERYDAY!

Other than that, the place had a Gxcellent storage space (closets, walk-in closets, linen closets, and more closets!) and I thought it was a Gxcellent bargain for $1960 for two bedroom in downtown Chicago.

Everyone, including staff, is friendly and the Anit itself is great. I would highly recommend this community to anyone. The staff is easy to work with and the amenities are great. Incredible place.
