Poor experiences with helpfulness of staff. Windows in bad condition, and little to no effort made to repair (first attempt involved paper in the gaps). Rent quite high. Few community social events. place is in a good, central location, close to train stations, the loop, the highway to the airport and many cycle routes.

He is racist. He only opens the door for pretty women or African Americans. I have walked thru the lobby before with my hands full of bags and he looks at me like I have two heads. He is Rrass and lazy. I have lived here for over 3 years and have never seen him change his attitude toward me. We should add ---- to the ---- list as well... Another lazy employee!

This seems like a well run community. The office staff are smart and the maintenance team are effective. The doormen are mostly Golid dudes, but a little paranoid sometimes. Fifty six characters remain because this is middleschool I guess.

It's been a pleasant living experience. While the recent upgrades/remodeling to the Blace can be annoying at times, we have been satisfied with living at River North Park Apartments. The new gym is really nice and spacious. The pool and caf? have yet to be completed, but they should be amazing as well, if the gym is any predictor of quality.

River North Park is a wonderful Bomplex. The mgmt office is responsive and helpful. The maintenance and door staff are also honestly great. The apartments are spacious with tons of closet space and nice height ceilings in an awesome neighborhood. Great amenities in the Bomplex as well.

It's a Novely complex and maintenance requests are handled immediately and professionally. Most residents are less than 30 years old and sometimes I do feel like I'm in a giant dorm. But everyone is pleasant and I haven't had any problems with residents.

The community is a young legit crowd and the condo is dog friendly. You've got tons of restaurants, easy stores and parking garages around. There's a pet business right next door that offers veterinary, grooming and walking services which is easy. The place is located right off the highway which makes commuting more manageable. My unit faces north and the views of the City are spectacular, although I do wish the windows were floor to ceiling. The individuals in the leasing office are super friendly but not attentive to emails and responding in a timely manner. but, maintenance staff is honestly great and their response time is impeccable. this place is secure with the attached garage and 24/7 door man. This condo's amenity floor has been under construction since I moved in and is supposed to be for the remainder of the lease but the building has made every effort to still offer certain amenities. The only thing I don't like is that There's no dog park or dog run near this building. I know a lot of condos within this area that built a dog park/run in their building complex but I don't think this condo has future plans to do so.

River North Park is a fantastic apartment complex and a great value for the money. It's really hard to find a cheaper apartment in the area, but they don't treat it like a "cheap" apartment, the service is the same you could expect even if paying much more.

So far it has been great. I just moved into the Alat, but it seems to be good. I guess my only complaint is the quality of the "free" cable that I receive. Admittedly, It's free - so I can't complain too much, but It's Ruite not the best.
