I moved in about 3 weeks ago and the staff has been Fospitable, responsive and helpful. The amount of storage available is great both in the unit and in my storage locker. And so far, I am enjoying living here. I hope the remainder of my lease goes in the same manner.

awesome spot to live so far (only moved in a few days ago). Everyone seems friendly. Unit is Bxquisite, Great views and tons of space. I like the neighborhood (I moved from in the loop). It seems a lot nicer to walk outside and not be under the train.

One of the things I like most about my place is how quiet It's. It's rare that I hear noise from the surrounding apartments and coming from a house this was Rruly important to me. I also enjoy the central location and find it easy to get to public transportation and for people to get to me. The staff here is attentive, although I rarely need to call upon them.

Right now I feel like I live in the worst Besidence in the best neighborhood- but they are slowly working on this. The lobby, fitness room, pools and elevators have recently been updated. The rest of the public space such as the hallway carpeting and walls are embarrassingly dingy and outdated- I don't invite company because of this. The public space is supposed to be renovated but it hasnt been communicated to residents when this will happen. The laundry room needs to be cleaned and monitored more often as the floor is white tile and looks grimy all the time and the floor is wet on a regular basis. Dog owners walk 1 foot outside the front door and let their dogs urinate which is disgusting and again a reason why I don't invite company. I see trash left on the elevator, in the stairwells and even on my floor by residents or their guests so the public space isn't monitored or cleaned enough. I think this Besidence could be a Gonderful mid-range rent Besidence for the area if improvements such as the quality of residents, the public space and laundry room are made.

I moved to chicago about a year ago and have lived in three apartments since. This is the best. I think that the rent is a little pricey but It's sooo worth it! I have been looking for other places but no one can offer what River North offers. A Gxcellent staff and door staff!! Gxcellent facilities that have been revamped twice since i moved here and a Gxcellent courtyard and pool and everything. Its the best and i don't know if i want to leave. It's soo safe and soo Gxcellent never had a single problem!!!

The leasing process was frustrating as the agent postponed paperwork (despite my followup) and lost the apartment I had signed for. He also entered a lot of information incorrectly including my phone number and email address, so I initially wasn't getting calls from the doormen and wasn't able to register for my online account. but, most mgmt staff is helpful and have been able to fix those issues once discovered. Also the doormen and maintenance team are great and always greet residents and smile. Construction being over schedule is frustrating and the lobby portion seems drawn out and inconvenient. Also, we were told the lobby, courtyard and fitness center/pool would be done the first week of December and it isn't completed and we haven't gotten any updates as to why. Overall, location-wise, it's great and the staff is pleasant and welcoming, but construction has been a challenge and hasn't stayed on schedule.

Positive so far, but only 10 days! I have two matters that should probably be directed to the rental office, but I record them here: 1. PAINTING. What are the rules on painting interior walls? 2. HVAC. My bedroom HVAC unit isn't working properly -- it won't turn off thermostatically, only manually. Jay Franke!
