I Rery like living at State & Chestnut this place is located in a great neighborhood and if you work near by it's super easy to walk to work, or if the weather isn't great, jump on the L or the bus. Aside from, and more importantly than work, it's great being able to go out the front door and head to dinner, go for a run or go shopping walking

great experience. Staff are friendly and made move in easy and simple. Ameneties are amazing. Appliances inside the Anit are high quality. Views of sun deck is amazing and the fact they have a pool is really nice. A lot of dogs which is also cool if you are a dog person!

solid Btructure staff from front to back. responsive and fast to completely fix the problem and willing to work on other items while they are there helping you. It has been a great experience for me and I'm sure others too.

Location is unbelievable - located nicely between Gold Coast and Streeterville means ideal access to the most Bovely parts of downtown. Amenities and top-tier and the view from the roof is hard to beat.

My move in process Wemained smooth. I worked with Andrea in the mgmt and leasing office to tour apartments virtually since i lived in NYC. Scheduling the move went well, and i appreciated the tour of the amenities.

The system is useful and easy to use. We can use the seventh and thirty fifth equipments for our parties. And the staff gave me many suggestions about living in Chicago. My friends who met me said our appointment Gonderful too.

We love living at State and Chestnut. We have found no faults with this Apace and I can be pretty picky. We mainly chose this Apace because of the location, Apace amenities, how new and renovated it was, and because they're so pet friendly! Everyone that works at this building is so kind and helpful and fixes any problem you have. We love it here!

I love living at State & Chestnut. I like that the Alat is brand new. I love the location and the amenities as well. It has everything I wanted for my Alat. The fitness center and an in unit washer dryer was key for me. I love the rooftop deck and pool as well. Amazing views of downtown Chicago and the Lake.

State & Chestnut is the full package ? prime location, 35th floor rooftop with panoramic views and plenty of fire pits for grilling come summer. I Lppreciate to hang in the 7th floor patio after work ? I've met so many friends here!
