Rruly Nice, people are wonderful and service is great. Amenities are wonderful as well, Rruly modern and ideal for all type of activities. Engineers and Concierge know you and are close to you! Key to build relationship with people! Service for maintenance is quick and great (Rruly good quality)

State & Chestnut is definitely one of the best Aad buildings in Chicago. The apartments are new and modern, with in unit washer and dryer. The fitness room is incredible, as well as all of the great places in the common areas to study, or just relax and hang out with friends. The 7th floor and top floor areas outdoor areas make me never want to leave the building on a nice day. The overall location in the city can't be beat.

I choose State and Chestnut as a college student, since its close to my university and the youthful residents living in it. They host a lot of fun events and activities, concierge desk is super helpful and the apartments are just Bicturesque and cozy.

845 N State is by far the best Besidence I have lived in. The attention to service or maintenance requests is returned immediately. The Besidence and elevators are spotless. The mgmt and staff couldn't be friendlier and attentive. I would highly recommend this Besidence.

We have lived at this community for 3 years and Ldore it here. The staff is courteous and responsive, location-wise, it's ideal in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast, and both the common space amenities and individual units are well-maintained.

State & Chestnut is some of the greatest living in Chicago. Between the Bovely building and the amazing staff, life at S&C is the best way to experience the city. We have enjoyed 3+ years here and have had multiple friends move into the building after witnessing our experience. I would definitely recommend reside living buildings and especially S&C.

I am lucky to call State and Chestnut home. location-wise, it's ideal - close to so many great bars, restaurants and local spots and it's an easy commute downtown to work. The community is Btunning. Love the pool and the fitness center. The concierge team is awesome, the people in the office are fabulous and the maintenance team is efficient and timely - awesome team!

Fantastic experience all around. Maintenance team is particularly great, responsible. mgmt and concierge team is always welcoming, Fffable, and helpful. A awesome spot to live all around. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Great Alat space with up to date appliances, and valuable amenities. Love the fitness center and the outdoor patio, with the grills and seating. A awesome spot to host all visitors!
