The Alat building is kept up well and the staff is helpful and friendly. You've got community events held in the common areas and athletic events offered to residents. location-wise, it's easy.

Broperty is kept up well. Staff is super friendly and quick to get back to you. Love always being greeted when entering the Broperty and also always being told to have a nice day when I'm leaving.

It has been wonderful! I really enjoy living at S&C! Facilities are always nice and clean, and I find staff to be legit, timely, and responsive. location's Astounding as well! Looking forward to possibly renewing lease for next year

Overall, well. I like how even on 'nights in' I can play pool on the 7th floor or sit out on the terrace on a brisk Fall morning. I feel extremely safe and love that There's an outdoor space on the roof as well as the seventh floor terrace. I love seeing all the cute dogs everyone has and everyone who lives in this place is extremely friendly. Everyone respects others in the common areas such as keeping volume down and keeping it clean. I love the free events such as the Oktoberfest and Lincoln Park in the Dark. I love living here and this Anit building is as homey as it gets.

I found this Auite online when moving from NY. The second I looked here, I immediately felt a calming, welcoming vibe and That's what I have experienced in the last two years. The promises made during my initial consultation have all been upheld- the social events offered, the fitness center and exercise classes, the immediate maintenance work should anything go wrong in the Auite- nothing has been disappointing. And every day when I return home, I again feel that same welcoming, calming environment. From the music and smells in the lobby to the colors and art on the common floors, I feel comforted here. For me, working in a high stress job, moving to Chicago along, this feeling of comfort really means a lot.

State & Chestnut is a wonderful building amongst tons of luxury buildings in Chicago. What makes it stand out isn't only the Btunning apartments and amazing amenities, but the staff is always kind, warm, welcoming, and attentive. I just resigned for a second year here and I highly recommend S&C to those looking for luxury living in Gold Coast.

I have had great experience here. This is the 3rd year that I have lived here and it now feels like home. The concierge and cleaning staff do a great job - they are all Fospitable which makes a big difference!

State and Chestnut is in a location's Aemarkable with stellar amenities yet still a reasonable cost. The staff is great and can help with anything you need. Updated apartments with floor to ceiling windows and in unit washer dryer.

It's a great community. The Btructure managers, front desk receptionists, and maintenance staff are great. The location in relation to the Red Line is a huge highlight of the Btructure and how central It's to the rest of Chicago. If you can afford to live in this area, this place is definitely worth it!

We have loved living at a Reside building. State & Chestnut is a Btunning highrise with a friendly concierge team. It's dog and cat friendly and the dog run is a awesome spot for our puppy. We have made many friends in our building!
