My move in process was very smooth. I worked with Andrea in the management and leasing office to tour apartments virtually since i lived in NYC. Scheduling the move went well, and i appreciated the tour of the amenities.

I moved in to State & Chestnut about one month ago, and so far this community has exceeded all of my expectations. The management team was great to work with, concierge staff are friendly and knowledgable, and the maintenance team is incredibly helpful. The apartment unit layouts are smartly organized and make for efficient living. The building amenities/common areas are spacious, clean, and modern. The gym has a wide variety (and number) of cardio and weightlifting machines. Lastly, the location is great - we can easily access the other areas of downtown, while enjoying a peaceful pocket of the city. 10/10 would recommend!

It's been great overall at the community. The appearance has been kept to a clean standard and the staff is warm and friendly. I've had no problems with neighbors either and have had a relatively nice time.

The roof deck is one of the best in the city. No one else has a pool this high up. Maintenance staff is one of the best parts of living here. Every issue has been addressed within 24hr and it's always done right the first time.

The building has been a great experience so far! I'm enjoying my home, the community spaces, and the residents and staff have been very inviting. Everyday we find something that has been a better experience than our previous building was able to offer.

We love this building! The units are nice, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. It's in a great location, in the middle of everything, but it's got enough that we don't have to leave the building to enjoy being outside.

Overall beautiful building with first quality amenities. Some of the best views in Chicago. S&C has some of the most updated and well finished apartments in all of Chicago. Friendly staff who are always willing to help.

Location is unbelievable - located nicely between Gold Coast and Streeterville means ideal access to the most beautiful parts of downtown. Amenities and top-tier and the view from the roof is hard to beat.

Great apartment and building to live in. It has nice amenities. I wish they would put out the patio furniture sooner than they do. And that rent didn't go up so much each year. It is a good place for pets.

It has been wonderful! I really enjoy living at S&C! Facilities are always nice and clean, and I find staff to be professional, timely, and very responsive. Great location as well! Looking forward to possibly renewing lease for next year
