I have lived here for several years and the building is very well kept. You can't beat the location and the amenities are great. It's a great place to live if you are looking for a mid-size building in the city.

State & Chestnut has exceeded all of my expectations. I've genuinely loved living here this past year. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and I felt at home the second I moved in. The apartments are in great condition, and I've had no issues with the quality of my unit. The amenities are also AMAZING! The rooftop is absolutely beautiful, the courtyard is a perfect place to hangout with friends and the gym has everything you need. I highly recommend living here!

State and Chestnut is a great place to live! It is clean, updated and well staffed. Staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Low noise level, friendly people and clean accommodations. I love the environment!

The staff does a great job addressing maintenance requests and overall upkeep. we notice the cleaning staff always doing a great job with cleaning the floors and sanitizing the gym. the front desk team is attentive and helpful. the maintenance team responds to our requests in a timely manner.

845 N State is by far the best building I have lived in. The attention to service or maintenance requests is returned immediately. The building and elevators are spotless. The management and staff couldn't be friendlier and attentive. I would highly recommend this building.

This is a beautiful building, but be prepared to be hearing your upstairs neighbors walking around. My upstairs neighbor keeps dragging his chairs around on the bare floor after 11pm and it's extremely loud. Overall I am not really happy with the quality of the construction, but the amenities are great and apartments look beautiful.

I love living in this building. Great amenities, beautiful units, great location, and the staff is amazing. The sense of community could be a little stronger (mostly millennials live here), but everything else is fantastic.

Beyond the convenient location, amenities, and clean and modern space, I chose State & Chestnut because of the team. The leasing and concierge team have been incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, which made my move from out of state as easy as possible.

Great building! Very helpful staff, we have enjoyed living here over the last year. There are a lot of work areas available and it never seems too crowded. The building makes everything easy and seamless!
