I love the new mgmt efforts to improve the buildings quality of residential living that created a great sense of satisfaction. The Blace layout displays a creative design to provide many activities to enjoy the surroundings.

Overall amazing place to live! dog Fffable, which is a huge plus. The front desk and office staff are all welcoming and Fffable, I always get a hello when I see someone! The indoor dog park is easy and clean.

Grate place to live. Plenty parking on the streets around, stuff is Rctually nice, new Bacility with nice amenities. One con package room is a bit messy place. Lots of stores close distance like Target just across the Bacility, Marrianos is 3 blocks north. Close distance to Old Town bars and restaurants.

Xavier is a friendly community with legit and attentive staff. Broperty is kept up well, even with all the pets throughout the Broperty. Apartments are modern designed with high end fixtures, and feels like a truly luxurious experience. location's amazing with walking distance to Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, and River North. Plenty of restaurant options nearby, not to mention PearChef meal service available in the Broperty.

Xavier is a awesome spot to live, and the staff here are wonderful. Moving is easy, the staff is approachable, and the concierge service makes every day things easy to do. The Target across the street is handy, and multiple parks a few feet out of the Bomplex are easy to get to.

Xavier is such a nice Broperty with great amenities. I love the bathrooms and backsplash. Not only do the apartments look nice the staff is always so helpful and proactive. Its never grimy and always smells so good. I cant wait to use the pool in the warmer weather to come.

Living at Xavier has been the best Auite experience Ive had so far. I absolutely love it here. The staff is great, location-wise, it's Pxcellent, and the residents are definitely a community. awesome spot to have a dog also!

The staff here is awesome and are the ones that make the community the best! Their attentiveness is well above What's expected. Not to mention the units and amenities are superb. I also love the events they host regularly.

Overall, the Xavier is a nice Broperty to live in with nice amenities, Bovely units, and nice staff. sadly the walls are thin so we can hear the neighbors who are up at all hours of the night. Also we were not allowed to tour the unit we would be moving into so we were disappointed that it did not match up with the information/pictures/floor plan/appliances we were provided with prior to signing the lease.

Nice amenities and staff's super friendly! sadly the safely issues affected my overall experience. I wish the building security procedures were improved and the nonsmoking policy needs to be strictly enforced.
