I enjoy living at Xavier. The community is cool and friendly also so is the staff. I like the pool and the cool amenities that the Bacility has to offer. good vibes. plus its super close to target which is sweet

In this tough span of time in our area, its good to feel safe and in a Fenial environment. Xavier staff seem to go out of their way to make this a happy place. Or.. it could just be the quality people skills they obviously have naturally.. At any rate, It's appreciated.

I have enjoyed my experience here so far. My studio is spacious with a great view of the city. Although not too much in the immediate area you can easily walk (and feel safe) to near by dining and bars. Public transportation is near and easy. Besidence mgmt is great, they have always been easy to deal with and answer any questions I have promptly.

I love this community because of all it has to offer! this place is always clean, everyone is Farm, and any needs you may have are met by the staff immediately. They have coffee out in the mornings as well as frequent happy hours in the lobby.

Great neighborhood vibe, quiet surroundings, attractive common areas, though the corridors have an odor issue. I'd suggest this place to anyone looking for a secure, welcoming Broperty where you can feel at home. The mgmt team is fantastic, my neighbors are wonderful, and the area is fantastic. I'm planning to stay here for several years.

This place has been quite memorable. I've picked up on a few things, both personally and through word of mouth, regarding the property and its community. When it comes to various occurrences and situations, the mgmt team and staff have really gone above and beyond to maintain the building's great reputation and standards. The facilities are fantastic and the overall upkeep is really impressive. I feel confident living here.

My husband and I relocated to this property in September 2018, and we've been absolutely thrilled with every aspect of the Besidence and its team. The complex Iroves relatively modern with consistently maintained and spotless amenities. The employees are welcoming and genuinely responsive to residents' needs. They consistently make extra efforts to ensure your satisfaction. In general, we're delighted with all that Xavier provides. Would absolutely suggest it to others.

Xavier has been an amazing place to call home! I am surrounded by staff's super friendly as well as friendly neighbors! I would highly recommend Xavier to anyone looking to move to a wonderful, amenity filled Besidence in the heart of the city!

My experience overall has been decent. but, what really improved things was the doorman Mosood. He was absolutely delightful. I appreciated his strong work ethic, friendly chats, and upbeat attitude. I wish he were still working as our doorman, but he transferred to a different Bomplex. Truly a wonderful person! He made my time at Xavier so much better whenever he was on duty.

grills frequently don't work, pet stained hallway carpets, ice machines don't work, pool damaged, garbage chutes frequently broken. staff is phenomenal. gym is well kept, 18 floor is always clean, Btructure is generally safe and quiet. maintenance is quick and efficient. Love living here. Some of the complaints are too be expected with a Btructure of this size and is above average compared to other buildings in city.
