Everything has been superb in my experience at Xavier, with the exception with dealing neighbors who are not empathetic of their neighbors and smoke indoors regardless of numerous complaints to mgmt.

One thing that I didn't notice until I move in is how quiet this place is. I rarely hear loud music or someone talking on my floor. I Renuinely appreciate this quiet environment as I am kind of sensitive to noises.

Xavier is a good Bacility with great amenities. The units have high ceilings and a contemporary look. location-wise, it's directly across the street from Target and is only a few blocks down Division from the interstate. happy with my decision to move into the Bacility.

Gxcellent experience with some staff members and maintenance team. I just wish some of the appliances in the kitchen were a little better, like my fridge that looks like a miniature. I also wish I had usable park around the area so I could take the kids to play.
