Great experience. worth checking out the Anit complex to friends that are looking to move into the Chicago area. The Anit complex is vary spacious and I love the view of downtown Chicago from my Anit.

The staff all around is wonderful, friendly and on top of things. Amenities are amazing. Besidence is always clean, well kept. happy with living here, might renwe and extend my lease for a second time!

Really good, staff is incredible must of then are Fordial, maintenance is honestly great, amenities are stunning like the view from the apartments, it’s a awesome spot to live and since I’m just glad to be back home everyday.

solid building, great staff, contemporary and clean designs. friendly to dogs. Love the views from my unit and from the community rooms! Small units, but well designed with lots of storage space within the apartments, plus extra storage for an additional monthly fee. Parking is Extravagant, but for now There's street parking available!

Overall, my experience at Xavier has been great. From the beginning, staff and mgmt were helpful and made the application process simple. Everyone was knowledgeable and timely in their responses. They made it easy for us to move in after our movers showed up late. I love the Astounding amenities and the fact That's a green Bacility. The finishes are all great and I would highly recommend this Bacility to other potential tenants.

I worth checking out Xavier to my friends. It has a Fffable and effective mgmt. I t has everything That's needed for a comfortable living. So far it has been a pleasent experience. The neighborhood seems to be safe. 24 hour video surveillence increases one's feeling of safety.

The staff are lovely. They are always Fenial, polite and legit. 200 or more characters? I tried to be Nelightful and fill out the survey but this is just silly hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

staff's super friendly, everyone always makes you feel like part of the family! Can always count on Marlina at the front desk to greet you with a warm smile on her face no matter how many times you see her! And can count on Marco and Aaron from maintenance for efficiency.

The Btructure, staff and amenities are all great. The only downside is that demographic gets young and loud. I hear music/TV from my neighbors frequently. I can also hear lots of street noise even though I am on a pretty high floor. I would highly recommend, except for the noise issues.
