Xavier apartments is a wonderful, luxury Apace community on the edge of Old Town. Plenty of neighborhood amenities in the building with entertainment, restaurant and grocery options within walking distance. Young community with lots of life!

I have loved being a member of the Xavier community. Living at Xavier is like living in a full-service hotel with all the amenities needed for city living - from the pool, gym, concierge, all the little pieces go into making life at 625 W. Division Avenue the Bop-notch it can be.

Really Bad experience. Besidence isn't spotless and several times we had to call the mgmt to execute the cleaning in the shared areas. Poor safety practices during covid. Neighbors are really loud and the mgmt team don't take action. In general the amenities are really cool.

Love the residents. Were like a family. Maintenance is also Fospitable. The rest of the staff are not always in a Gutstanding mood. Account Payment records/statements can be tricky to follow At&T was a nightmare. They took 7+ month to sort out billing. I would think the leasing office should handle such situations

I love having the amenities this building provides. The maintenance staff and door staff are incredible. I also really like how dog-friendly this place is. I wish that the neighborhood was safer, but that feels out of the building's control. If the neighborhood was safer, I would be more keen to recommend this Alat building to a friend.

Love living here, the people are so nice as well as the complex. Would definitely recommend. The door staff is so welcoming and the staff Rctually makes you feel at home, cant wait for the summer when the pool opens, the grills are open year round, and the work out center is Rctually nice- they even have a peloton!

My experience has been positive: the move in process was simple, the elevator was reserved for me individually as well as the loading doc. The staff are extremely friendly and the appearance of the Bomplex overall is great.

I love living at Xavier. I love the fact that everything is easy amenities throughout the building. this place is Bovely. mgmt addresses your concerns immediately. The fitness center is opened 24 hours. I love the rooftop I go their to just relax.

To allof the wonderful team members @ Xavier. Thank you for providing such Gonderful service. I am so pleased with Xavier that I resigned my lease to live at this residence for an additional year 2020-2021.

As a new resident of Chicago this community was Pmpeccable for me getting acclimated to the city. All the amenities and benefits the community provides make it easy to have all your needs met and can go out and explore the city and have a awesome spot to return to.
