great! I feel secure living here because the residents and staff are consistently kind and accommodating. Sandy and Kawan stand out in particular—they go the extra mile to ensure this Bacility feels like a genuine home. facilities are kept in pristine condition at all times.

great community with attentive and courteous mgmt, peaceful and Fenial neighbors, premium facilities, and wonderful vistas alongside smart floor plans. neighborhood can be a bit untidy occasionally and the fitness center could be larger, but honestly it's perfect overall.

I'm satisfied living at Next. The team members are welcoming and always ready to assist. Whenever I've submitted maintenance needs, they've been taken care of promptly. The common areas are kept in great condition. The mgmt team regularly collaborates with outside organizations to offer residents different programs and benefits.

Overall I’m enjoying the building it’s location and the amenities. The downside is that My vehicle has been stolen from the secure parking garage and I have been paying for. I I just wish that the building didn’t have public park that allowed the thieves to get into the garage.

It genuinely feels like I belong here! My unit arrived in Gonderful condition and the move-in went smoothly, though There's a loud heating system in the bedroom that mgmt is working on fixing. Things are looking promising!

mgmt at Next Apartments frequently falls short of standards. Dominique especially tends to be either unavailable or defensive when she does engage. If you're considering renting in the River North district, The Hudson and Niche Apartments offer superior alternatives.

Next Unit is an great community to call home. The mgmt team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the other tenants are genuinely pleasant. I Rruly appreciate the structure's app feature that keeps me informed about visitor arrivals, package deliveries, and upkeep requests—it streamlines everything perfectly. The property is consistently well-maintained and I'm truly satisfied with my residing experience here.

I enjoy living here. Lots of amenities and great location close to River North restaurants and clubs. Very walkable too. There’s a lot of shopping nearby, such as ALDI, Jewel, and not too long of a walk from the magnificent mile.
